Smooth transaction, knowledgeable broker, excellent communication! Shelly was a trusted advisor as we took nearly two years to find the right house. She checked in with us and kept us abreast of the latest market changes. When the time came, her confidence letter to the sellers was a deciding factor in a multiple offer situation. The sellers wanted a buyer they could have confidence would make it to the closing table. From contract to close, everything was on-time and as promised. We 10/10 would recommend Delmar Mortgage.

We were building a new house while trying to navigate unprecedented conditions in the broader markets, and that was extremely stressful. Craig and Shelly were lifesavers throughout the entire process. We talked several times throughout the year about where rates were and what was happening (the stock and bond markets have always been confusing to me). They reached out as our closing date approached to lock in a rate when they saw things improve one day, and that saved us from a rate increase just two days later. Right before closing, they LOWERED our rate when rates suddenly dropped again. Their advice, patience, and responsiveness are second-to-none. And I didn't even mention the fact that their rates are consistently, significantly better than anyone else is able to offer. I've had online vendors tell me (years ago, when I first looked at the Miller Team) that they didn't believe their rates were possible.I always tell friends that I don't care how much you like your lender or how long you've been with them; you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least give Craig and team a call to see what they can do for you.
