I have Aetna insurance so I can go to the minute clinic without a copay, I’d much rather pay the copay and go elsewhere. Both times I’ve gone the nurse practitioners weren’t very friendly or helpful. I could have avoided a whole week of prolonging an illness if they just gave me an antibiotic then. Instead I went to a different urgent care where they prescribed me immediately without any issues.

Quite literally the worst CVS and worst staff (the retail workers, not the pharmacists) I’ve ever experienced.
Don’t bother showing up within the last 30 minutes before they close, or else you will be harassed to leave because they are closing soon.
The older lady and younger man working at night time love to take 10 minute smoke breaks in front of the store and leave the store unattended. Then have the audacity to ask to check my receipt, even though they left the store unattended in the first place. They see me 3-4 times a week (as I have Type 1 Diabetes), but they thought I decided to steal something this time.
You are a pharmacy, not a fast food restaurant, if you can’t handle leaving the doors unlocked until close, then maybe you should work in a different industry

Hours are not accurate, an old lady that works there accused me of "shoving the door and walking in"
Telling me I can't walk in after the door is locked, I asked to check the cameras to see how I walked in, instead of making it seem like I forced my way in, or was trying rob the place... horrible person.

Won’t fill a prescription from mo dentist. Lack of attention to script. Never call you back when script is ready. Slow alway out of meds.

Such a FAILURE of a “pharmacy”. Zero communication, never have anything in stock.
Our son has needed prescription eyedrops for three days and they failed to mention that they didn’t have them in stock. So instead of us having it filled DAYS AGO somewhere else, they failed to communicate with us that they don’t have it, therefore our son has been suffering for longer than necessary. This is just one of many failed attempts to fill a prescription here.

I have been seen here a few times and each time the nurse Suzanne has been very rude to me and my kids. Always talking down to me and has shut door on me a few times when I have tried asking for help on kiosk. My family has also came here and been treated bad by her. the providers are great but she not.not sure why she still works here.please be aware

I recommend literally anywhere else. The pharmacy staff is useless. You are probably better off buying your meds off the street.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to get Sudafed for a head cold, waited for someone to help, with no one even acknowledging me. Three people working, all “typing” on the computer with people just waiting. Finally had someone wait on me just to say “go to the cash register and we will help you in a little bit”. Keep driving and go down to Walmart pharmacy and save yourself the headache.

An absolutely vile Indian woman waited on me at the pharmacy drive thru. Absolutely no understanding of what the basics of customer service entails, as a simple request for a receipt resulted in attitude. Threw my prescription in the basket, walked off when i was still talking to her…Give her a job like sorting the mail CVS receives… something that has no contact with people, as that is clearly the bare minimum of what she’s capable of completing. Skip the written or verbal warnings and go ahead and fire her if you care anything about what patients think…
