Fast, easy, convenient drive thru. They are closed for lunch break from 1:30pm-2pm for the pharmacy.

I encountered discrepancies in pricing labels, and unfortunately, the cashier refused to honor the correct prices. This raises concerns about potential overcharging for other customers. Disappointing experience with poor management and customer service.

Just left from picking up my prescription and I was blown away by the compassion and empathy the pharmacist, pharmacy technician and staff were able to display while the Store was wall-to-wall with disgruntled persons waiting for their prescriptions. They had just been verbally accosted by someone who was determined to berate every pharmacy member for circumstances out the staffs control and against the pharmacy laws in the state of Kansas. They were extremely professional, and never once stooped to this person’s level. Thank you for being an awesome staff and caring for my family!!

Bathroom was below standard. No hook to hang purse or coat. I would think they would be concerned about germs. Soap dispenser, hand dry were both broken. Paper towel holder also broken and towels were tissue thin. Floor in pharmacy was dirty.

Who reviews a CVS, right? Well. apparently, the only folks reviewing this location are writing 1 star reviews. I understand, however, i have had 5 STAR experiences recently and I think it's just as important to highlight. Anyways, staff is friendly, drive through HAS been open, quick Rx filling for needed meds for my kids and very well staffed location. The app/texting works for this location also. Thank you for being open and for having your drive through open.

I just went thru the drive thru to pick up my prescription. There was a very unfriendly girl working at the window, didn’t get her name, but her face was full of piercings. She asked for my husband to spell the name and he started spelling and she yelled out, “you don’t have to get an attitude”. They have always been so nice, this one person ruined our experience and reputation of this store for all.

We had been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and our most recent experience will be our last. The pharmacist was so rude and short with both my husband and myself after I'd just been discharged from the hospital and needed to fill my prescriptions. It was to the point of us taking my prescriptions back and getting them elsewhere rather than continuing to deal with her snotty and disgruntled disposition. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and added so much more stress to us. I cannot fathom why such a bitter and rude employee is allowed to continue making this place lose customers, even if she is the pharmacist. Labor shortage or not - this is unacceptable and we have transferred to another pharmacy.

I witnessed the pharmacist and the company failing at many levels today. The CVS pharmacy in the Target store down the street just decided not to open today. There was no reason given, but I assume a staffing shortage. But with notice and no plan, target employees told an elderly couple who were scheduled to get their Flu and Covid vaccines to try the CVS down the street. After waiting in line, the pharmacist refused to honor their reservation and sent them home to make another reservation.Firstly, if as a company you fail to honor a commitment, it should be your responsibility to see that it is fulfilled somewhere else. Don't make your execution failure your customer's problem. Secondly, as a human, the pharmacist could have shown some empathy or compassion. If she had the power to help them, then shame on her, if she did not, then shame on CVS.I would like to hear that you tracked down that couple, apologized, and compensated them for the ordeal. If not, I guess I'll understand why this location currently has 2.2 stars, because some people were being too generous.

The staff at this CVS are always friendly, yet professional, and greet me with a smile. That means a lot to an old Skaggs employee. Keep up the good work!

Beware! One of the workers, Kathleen at this CVS pharmacy takes pictures of customers insurance cards with her personal cell phone. When questioned about this she will tell youthat her manager, Megan knows she does this and supports her doing so. I went in to speak with the manager, Megan and it is absolutely true. Megan supports Kathleen taking pictures of customers insurance cards with her personal cell phone. Megan and Kathleen both claim that this is acceptable because it protects her family from customers' germs & Covid. Both Megan & Kathleen are rude and dismissive to customers. After Kathleen took the picture of my insurance card on her personal cell phone , I had to wait 20 minutes while she talked to her neighbor on the phone about Airbnbs, who she gets along with & how much weight she has lost because only overweight people die from Covid. Completely unprofessional but supported by management. HIPAA violations are apparently acceptable to this CVS. The only thing that is consistent about this CVS is the poor quality service and disrespect for their customers.

Woman at the pharmacy wouldn't fill my prescriptions and told me "you'll have better luck at another CVS" cause they were "too busy" for me. 1 car in the drivethru and one man behind me and 10:50 on a Thursday, ok. Lady before me got a sticky note with the 2 closest CVS that had her product that you went and searched up on your computer but couldn't fill my prescriptions, ok. Given I have 8 inhaler prescriptions that she would have to manually enter in so ya it's a little bit more work and probably titus and annoying but it's YOUR JOB Need to look into your staffing.

I’ve never been to a good cvs pharmacy, but this is the worst one yet. They’ve been out of stock of a very basic medication and has no idea when it will be in stock, but every location within 20 miles of them has it. They won’t transfer it because it’s a controlled substance, even though state law allows the transfer of electronically prescribed controlled substances.
