It is usually the same employee that helps me. He is always very curt, and almost rude in his interactions. I am going to have my perscriprions switched somewhere that the person at least tries to be friendly and does not just bark commands at me to give him the information he needs.

Their phone system is all jacked up and nothing is accurate. They’re understaffed and missing out on prescription calls from Doctors.

CVS pharmacy needs to hire more staff. Maybe pay them better so they have some retention. The poor guys are always working SO hard. Treat our healthcare workers better!!! And treat your patients better, CVS. There is such an increase in demand. It's everywhere. So adapt. This review has nothing to do with the staff, it's all the company's. Do better, CVS.

Went in to ask a question about an out of stock medication. The lady that helped me was helpful and nice but when she asked who I assume was the pharmacist about the medicine being out of stock he was very short and argumentative with her and not helpful at all. The associate that was helping me got rightfully frustrated with his responses and lack of help. This pharmacy has always had issues but today was the worst I have seen in a while. It was a low bar but they found a way to do worse today.

Terrible customer service, and no one seems to care. I was on hold for 1 hr 15 mins and no one answered the phone. When I called the front of the store I was told they were short-staffed (this is frequent) so they cannot answer the phone. If that's the case, this should be communicated somehow. I don't get the impression the staff behind the pharmacy counter are very concerned about customer service.

Have lived in Kansas City my whole life and this is the worst pharmacy I've been to. Will be changing it next opportunity. Did not have steroids ready for our child after 5 hours. Always claim they are short staffed or other excuses. Do yourself a favor and do not come here. I rarely give reviews of places because I like to give them the benefit of the doubt but this place has failed us every time we have come here

The slowest pharmacy in the world. Always a 45 minute wait even for the easy things. I recovered from my illness before my medicine was ready. Avoid at all costs.

They don’t answer their phone in the pharmacy any more. 2 days, tried 8 times, waiting over 30 minutes, never had a call answered.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to the lane that said "full service" to pick up a prescription, as the other lane says "drop off only". Once I pulled up they said "you here for a Covid test?" I said no, and they replied "go to lane 2" then click. I had to pull around and get in the back of the long line. No "we're so sorry, but at this time lane 1 is only for Covid testing" Just unnecessarily rude. This is the second CVS pharmacy I've dealt with overly rude employees. Taking my business to Walgreens from now on.

Slowest pharmacy in the world! They suck. Wait forever in store and in drive through. Won't wait on you in lane one because of Covid testing. Why is that priority over paying customers?

I've been going to this pharmacy for years and it's never been managed well. Today I go to the drive thru to pick up a prescription that my DR transmitted to them over 2 hours ago and they tell me it will be another hour before it's ready as they are 4 hours behind. How can you mismanage your pharmacy so badly that you can't fill a prescription that you're had for 2 hours and someone is there to pick it up? Prioritize that one over others that may not be picked up for days? Why can't this pharmacy ever have my prescription ready when i get there? Please find someone to fix this pharmacy's throughput and customer service. It can't be that hard. No other pharmacy i've been to operates like this. Corporate culture problem that this is acceptable. I guess i'll finally switch to walgreens. Its a bit more expensive but it's just not worth the hassle anymore to stay with CVS.
