Crowley was the third furniture store I visited and i was so tired of being hounded and being pushed and sold on things I didn’t want. Tonya K. completely went against that and was an absolutely amazing sales person. She gave me plenty of space to look around while being close by in case I had any questions. She made my experience absolutely amazing and got me out of there in a perfect sectional within 30 MINUTES. She made the sale experience itself completely painless and expertly illustrated their warranty plan on the furniture, but was not trying to be pushy when selling it to me. Tonya is the type of salesperson I dream to have whenever I have to go through a big purchase.

Great storePlenty of inventoryNo pressure sales peopleGary helped us and was best sales person we have dealt with over 6 different furniture stores.Was looking for 2 matching recliners and finally found what we wanted at this store,All other stores either didn’t have in stock or was sub par quality, or did not have color we wanted,We will definitely make this our go to store for furniture.Finally the price and quality are worth a visit to this place

I had wonderful experience working with Mary Baldacci in selecting chairs for my living room. She helped me in deciding which style chair would look best with my existing sofa and also helped me in choosing a complimentary fabric for my color scheme. She went out of her way to help me with my hectic schedule and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Working with Mary was as comfortable as shopping with a close friend.

We loved our experience at Crowley, and that’s due to our sales rep Tonya King! She is amazing and was able to help us find the perfect couch. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly, and not pushy at all. I highly recommend you talk to her if you go in! Crowley also had a very smooth process for custom ordering and delivery.

What an amazing experience! We went in with the intent to look and ended up purchasing the perfect leather sectional. Our Sales person Tonya King was the best. She listened to what we wanted and delivered! Not only did we get a great deal, Tonya never pressured us and gave us plenty of space to have personal conversations. I’d give her a 10 star rating if that was possible! Give Tonya a call!

We bought our son a new mattress last week. Gary, our sales person, was so friendly and not pushy at all. He was knowledgable and told us the pros and cons of all the mattresses. The delivery people were on time, kept me up to speed on their arrival and so nice and respectful. I will definitely go back to Crowley!

Crowley, you are getting one star because you choose to sell Guardsman's Protection plan. I've waited two months and have been placed on hold for over 2 hours trying to finalize my claim. If you are selling this protection plan you better know what happens and how it works. What a poor decision Management made by selling Guardsman. This falls back on you. To all consumers DO NOT PURCHASE GAURDSMAN!! Furthermore, Crowley you should train your sales staff on this plan. Maybe have them spend a day with your customer service department to see what they deal with regarding the calls and complaints with Guardsman. The only Good I can say about Crowley is they do have a good Customer service department and one person stands out; ( Nicole) . What a POOR business decision. PS: back to the phone I go in hopes to get my claim finished.

Terrible sales help!!! Told the sales lady that we needed a low rise bed. She said she knew what we were talking about and showed us several that were that sat lower than the normal bed, as we had a difficult time getting in and out of bed. We tried one in the store that was just what we were looking for. It was very expensive as it was a temperpedic. When they delivered it, it was higher than the bed we had before. Because we signed the contract, which was worded very awkward and difficult to read her writing, we were stuck. I cost us an additional $500 to get it exchanged. Very unfair due to the sales lady told us she knew what we needed and understood. Please do not shop at Crowley. If you do, read and understand the contract before you sign. The sales lady was also very pushy. Good luck.
