I have taken my Aunt Connie to Cancel her phone 7 times, went on line and tried, but she doesn't have a pin and is locked out of her phone for FOUR months and they're STILL charging her a monthly service fee.She has T-Mobile, so she's paying for 2 cuz of Cricket.You should be able to cancel whenever you want.Sad they rob older people on Social Security....

Staff needs retraining bad, no customer service skills at all. customers are just left standing there anf not agnolaged until the staff are finished with what ever customer is in front of them then they decided to look up and greet you and ask if you needed help..I stood there for 30 minutes before any employee even asked me if I needed help

I have been a customer since they came to Kansas City in 2004. I was happy until recently. The customer service team are nice if you get off HOLD for 20 minutes.. Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was put on hold for another 40 minutes LITERALLY ?. once they answered they disconnected the call. So I called back and was put on hold AGAIN. by now I'm ready to CHANGE COMPANIES.. I'm sending corporate pictures of my call history and going to better service with a DIFFERENT COMPANY. BYYYE BYYE CRICKET. Get better customer service. You just LOST A 20 YEAR CUSTOMER to a BETTER COMPANY THEN CRICKET

I have been a cricket customer for 15 years and have never had a problem. The furl seemed annoyed I was there and didn't even try to help.let alone sell me a phone. I walked out empty handed. Worst customer service experience ever
