If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in this store and walked out all within 45 seconds. I went in and said i needed a phone and new service. Without even asking me what kind of phone i wanted that woman yelled it'll be $2340 I said what ? No thank you. Went home and ordered a phone and new service off the website, and got a free phone and paid less than $100.

In this store 09/21/2023 thief scammerIf you see what they sold you without a bag without a receipt, it was the worst experience of my life. I will never return here again and I will help the entire community so that they never return. What happened to me in this place was terrible. I will have to look for a psychologist to recover from this trauma. I was robbed by a store. Mind you, crime is no longer on the streets, it is in telephone stores.

09/21/2023 time of the scam 6:20 pm and date —— My God, I went to compare a device that shares the internet, I paid $204 and the saleswoman gave it to me and she told me that everything is working well, she didn't give me a receipt only when I arrived I checked my car and the device doesn't work and she locked the door quickly. I swear to God, I thought these scams only happen in movies, but what did she get my money back for? Whether in court or wherever, but yes. Please don't come to this place, it's a scam place. God I will return alone with a lawyer only me never again never come here again I will never cancel my account with Cricket Wireless

Edit because it's totally warranted:I asked for really only one thing when I went in and that one thing wasn't delivered. The one phone that was suggested to me wasn't really what I needed, even though I asked very specifically for what I needed. In addition to that, I was lead to believe that I could return the phone if it wasn't what I needed. Which was kind of correct BUT the phone was sold to me as if it was a bundle with a case and a screen protector. In reality, I was charged as much for the case and such as I was the phone. I get the policies, it's all about the wording in how the items were sold to me.So when I came in for a return, it ended up not being what I was lead to believe I would get. In order to get the return, I still had to pay for a case and a screen protector that I couldn't use for a phone that wasn't what I asked for. I wasted nearly a hundred bucks and at the end of the day the whole situation resulted in me changing service providers. Good job at chasing away a long time customer by being deceiving and not having items in stock, also for failing to do what you've told customers you would do. End EditSamantha was very friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out a phone that fit my needs and wasn't overly pricey. She offered suggestions that I might be interested in but wasn't pushy. The store was not busy so I was in and out with a new phone, set up and everything, within half an hour. There was one issue in that there is no data connection inside the store. But thankfully they have a WiFi hub you can connect to in order to get your phone set up in-store.
