I love Costco and the people who work there. Always have, always will. While each Costco has their own people with their own personalities, somehow they're all the same, awesome. I've frequented Costcos in Anchorage, AK, KC and Wichita and everyone is always awesome.

The lady who was billing our shopping is extremely rude . She was billing us in lane 9 on wed June 5 at 2:00 pm. She has attitude issues and no patience if Costco has people like this we are not interested in coming.

I went to Costco's tire center today and tried to get my tire repaired because it had a screw punctured. My tire was purchased and installed there, and I bought warranty for the tire. They refused to balance, rotate, or repair my tire for a flat. Because there was a problem with the alignment of the wheel, and the tire’s shoulder side was worn. Just the front of the passenger side,the others 3 tire are perfect.I personally think the rule is very unreasonable to customers. The alignment of the wheel cannot be discovered in a day or two. When the problem is discovered, it is basically the abnormal wear of the tire. I don't know why they have such a rule, and I can't understand it. For example, I bought Apple Care for my iPhone. After I broke the screen, Apple will not refuse warranty because the screen is worn. After waiting there for an hour and a half, they told me that they couldn't do anything for me, and I left directly. After 15 minutes after leaving, I still felt very incomprehensible and annoyed, so I went back to complain to the manager. The manager said that he understood my thought very well, but he couldn't ask them to repair my tire. He gave me a $50 gift card and I would go outside to repair my tire. Thx him very much, but I want to say that because of this very unreasonable rule, I will never go there to buy tires again. I hope I can forget about this in a few days. I even considered canceling my 7years membership . It feels so bad today.

I have been a Costco customer for a year, I have always gone with my husband's card and it has never been a problem, but today I had a pretty embarrassing experience, normally we spend a lot of money in the store but today it was just for some cereal, When I got to the checkout to pay, a worker named VANESSA asked me for my card and I gave it to her. Since it had my husband's photo and not mine, I took off the cereal I was carrying in my hand and took a look at the baby stroller. that I had with me, as if I were going to steal something, all this in front of the other customers, he was too arrogant and rude, I even heard him laugh when I asked him his name, when I went to the counter, I asked what had happened a Very kind guy explained to me that my husband has to put me second, then I found out that who was there is my mother-in-law, I totally understand Costco's policy and we will fix the problem with my card, what I find in very bad taste is that they have people like Vanessa, who make fun of customers and their level of customer service is zero.
