Since the digital upgrade, I am unable to login to my account or reach out to anyone on the phone or email. What is supposed to happen next? this is unacceptable that members are locked out their accounts. Please post a resolution on the page or reply back to the email or pick up the phone. 30+ wait time and still no answer

I have been with CAFCU for almost 15 years and I just wouldn't bank anywhere else. I have had numerous types of accounts other than the standard Savings/checking including their credit card, line of credit, and 3 or 4 car loans. I started both of my children's banking experiences here when they turned 18 with the secured credit cards. I also love the personal attention from employees that have been with the credit union for a long time. It's a very personal touch!

Our KC area branch is the BEST - both phone and counter service. I have been with CAFCU since early 1990's and have used the Kansas City branch since 1997. The customer service is excellent and very responsive. I feel confident working with Corporate America Family Credit Union - KC.

In the middle of pandemic with everything my family has to deal with caring for sick relatives, my wife being furloughed from her job, etc.. When everyone else my utility company, my auto and other insurance agencies have been understanding and even reduced payments. With no notice this organization has been reporting to the credit bureau delinquent and damaging my credit ruining my ability to refinance my house and reduce my debt burden. This is a Credit Union that destroys credit. Thank you for you service.
