Did not provide cost prior to treatment. Very poor business practices. They refused to bill Medicare. It turns out that Medicare paid for the last week of treatment according to Tricate For Life. Rated F by Better Business Bureau. Beware.

Did 5 weeks of antibiotic infusion. Delivery was accuracy of orders was good but their billing department is a complete disaster. The online billing portal has never worked for me after 10+ tries over multiple days. Plan on spending lots of time waiting when trying to pay by phone. How can a company be good at delivering product and lousy at collecting payment? Go figure.

We've been using CORAM services for close to 3 years and have never had a problem. Excellent at answering questions or addressing problems.

I will never use this company again! I just got out of the hospital today and was supposed to continue IV therapy at home. I had a dose that I was suppose to start at 6pm. I had not received my medication by 6:15 so I called Corum and was told they would check on it and call me back. No one called me so I had to call back a second time 45 minutes later. I finally was able to talk to the pharmacist on duty Dan. He was incredibly condescending when he talked with me saying it was completely reasonable the medication was not delivered to me on time (it was 2 hours late at this point). He never apologized or made any attempt to address what had gone wrong but was only concerned with making sure I knew it was their fault. Terrible customer service and a worse experience!

Such a horrible experience! My doctor extended my IV medication for two days. The company never contacted me and didn't set up a delivery until over 24 hours later! This caused me to miss three doses of medication which is unthinkable for a company that is supposed to deliver medication to customers that are in severe need of medication after discharge from the hospital. I spoke to the branch manager Dan and he seemed very unconcerned with the issue and made no effort to get the medication out more quickly. It seems that the company has gone under new supervision over the past year and has taken a dramatic decline since. I would strongly recommend to never use this company if you need critical time dosed medication to maintain your health.

I would give them negative stars if it were possible. We have been waiting for meds to be delivered for 7 hours. We have called 5x. No one knows where the meds are or when they will be delivered. It is 10:30pm and still no medicine. They deliver important infusion meds by couriers who are not employees! Whoa that is a serious problem! Are the meds really kept at the right temperature or handled appropriately? Who knows?!?! What a sad way to run a business that people rely on for life-saving medication! Tragic.

Worst service ever. They left me without prescription formula multiple times and messed up orders on a regular basis. Their customer service was as equally horrible and would bounce you from one person to the next, only to be put on hold, and then to be disconnected. There are much better options for companies that want your business. Steer clear of this nightmare.
