I would give them ZERO stars if given an option. HORRIBLE customer service by Jennifer Michelson when trying to resolve an issue with being required to pay for a 2nd questionnaire because the first one did not have the information only to find out after paying for a second one that they knew the information would not be provided on it as well. I asked to have the issue escalated and she refused! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!

If you like to be overcharged and you like poor customer service then CondoCerts is the company for you.

Cost is outrageous and they do "updates" but no way to actually change the information on the site. No way to know if you sent an email to them to correct it, and their phone service seems to have little idea of the point of these documents or information.

What a rip-off. I’m glad there’s a middleman to charge $$$ to send me a PDF in 15-20 days (HELLO?!).

My attorney called me to say they put a rush on the closing documents about 10 days prior to closing. The paid assessment letter didn't have an option for RUSH delivery! However, in what world would you or my attorney think that the "RUSH" wouldn't include The simple paid assessment letter. They then stated the earliest it would be available would be (6) SIX days after the close???? They told my attorney who asked them "Why wouldn't you have an option to "RUSH" the paid assessment letter? They responded well it's because the HOA didn't provide it in their direction to us.I'm sorry but you need to hire people that think "What do I need to provide in order to close, if they can't fire the simpleton and hire competent people. Dont blow it off and make the seller provide a hold back at close because you didn't do your job! You and your company should be looking at getting out of this niche market because you aren't organized and can't provide the paperwork in a timely matter and are now holding up my closing!!! Time is of the essence and these guys operate under the "round touit kinda sorta, nope" option.

I work in the mortgage industry and my job is to review condo projects to ensure they meet either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac guidelines. I order to do this I am often required to purchase documents from third parties like Condocerts. Unlike one of their biggest competitors they only make the documents available for a limited period of time which is a nuisance if a loan gets suspended down the road and for some reason a page turns up missing or wasn't scanned properly--there is no way to go back an access it even tho you have already paid an exorbitant amount for the documents. In almost ALL cases they leave blank all of the questions necessary to warrant the project. The most frustrating is the question that they claim they do not track whether or not the units are second homes, investments or primary residences. Considering alot of the governing docs of these communities limit the number of investor concentration this this is just laziness on their part. How can you offer a service then not perform as required. This is pathetic that they cannot answer the simplest of questions making questionnaires NOT WORTH PAYING FOR. We look for other ways of verifying this pertinent info and I hope any lender reading this does the same. Maybe once we all stop paying for info that isn't there, they will stop deceiving us all and actually do their job. I will no longer be ordering questionnaires from them and hope this practice catches on and hurts them financially they will start doing their job. In most cases I am able to get the Seller to have someone on the board verify the details making it unnecessary to pay for useless info. Dont be fooled and pay for a "Structural Safety and Soundness Lender Package" THE INFO YOU SEEK WILL NOT BE THERE.

No doubt the fees for condo docs are crazy. From any company. But Condocerts is hands down the fastest provider! They provide them within days (if not 24 hours), while others take a week and a half.

This company charges you 390 Dollars + Tax + Service Fee's for sending you a PDF, I hope other condominiums and associations take note of this and do not put the owners through this scam company.

I am in the process of selling a house and had to pay $325.00 for the documents from them plus $125.00 for them to rush the paperwork and it is just paperwork I for the life of me can not figure out how a package of papers can cost this much, the $325.00 is what the entire year of HOA dues are, not a reasonable price to pay for this. if there are no laws about this then there should be some way to make it reasonable, I am not opposed to them making money this feels like robbery, and that is why I think this company is a bunch of crooks in suits......they get no Stars in fact that is something we should be able to do to make it negative starts that is how bad I think they are.

CondoCerts is a scam! They charged us $375 to provide our title company documents, when the yearly hoa fee is around $100. We had no choice but to pay it or we would not be able to close on our home. Shame on you CondoCerts for taking advantage of home buyers!

Ordered a full resale package and and paid the $180 and when it came, it only had the budget and resale disclosure. I called to see about the rest of the docs and they said at the time I ordered that was all that was in the full resale package packet. However, they have since added the other items and I would have to order them ala carte. So I paid another $185 to get the rest of the package. Horrible service and this is just plain wrong. Hopefully these management companies will change and work with more reputable companies that aren't trying to gouge everyone.

Absolute s*** show I have been trying for over an hour and a half to make a payment for resale documents and I have gotten nothing but it's freaking run around from these people . I have been on the phone five times with condo certs and five times with my bank each points the finger at the other . My bank says it is not their issue . The association says it's not their issue . You would think you would think that a business could do better than this
