“I was blown away by how easy my experience consigning with JBF has been! This is my first time consigning with JBF, but I’ve consigned for several years with another local consignment sale.

From drop off to item pick up, everything has been more orderly and more convenient than with the other sale. Plus, my sales were literally twice as good! I was about to give up on consignment sales, because my past experiences have been so frustrating, but now I have hope again!!!

And bonus: I was able to pick up a few needed items for my family at amazing prices ?”

“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”

“The clerk and store manager were very helpful with my return of something I bought online. I used my credit to buy the right size of the item I returned. They were having a store wide sale so I was able to buy a few other things I needed. I just really love the style and quality of their clothing. The staff seem to be happy to work there so I hope I can assume they are paid and treated well. Thank you for your excellent service!”

“Well, I have to give props for their customer service. A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed.I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes.Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution.”

“This was my first time shopping at H&M. I was very impressed with the store. It was very nice and clean. The clothes were good quality. Pricing was fair. The dressing rooms were a little messy and there were a lot of clothes to be returned to the rack. Customer Service was okay. There was a little bit of a line and the customer service agent that I had was not very friendly. Overall I give the store 8 out of 10 and I will definitely go back and shop again.”

“I am a frequent shopper here and there was an incident tonight of a customer being very upset and unhinged to the staff until I stepped in, she CUSSING at them about political views WHILE CHILDREN were in the store. She said she was going to leave a fake review about bedbugs, and I came on here to check and sure enough she did. The ladies who work here are such sweethearts and were just in shock of this lady yelling at them. I feel bad for the workers, but I can promise the review left by Allison Frankovic is not true.”

“Although the customer service counter seemed to move very slowly, once it was my turn, my pickup order was ready and accurate. This is my first pickup order experience at any JCPENNEY and I appreciated how easy it was. It would be nice to have a separate line for pickups so that orders that are already paid for can get priority service over someone with a giant load of returns/purchases who takes 15+ minutes at the counter. Once you find the entrance, the parking is convenient and plentiful on the top level of the parking structure.”

“Love this store when I am shopping for little ones. I was looking for a very specific birthday outfit to make my niece's big day special. Madison was soo helpful while I was in the store shopping , she made shopping for the birthday outfit a better experience for me!”
