Needed to talk to someone about the availability of shoes I needed, the phone went to voicemail saying they were closed during operating hours, I decided to use the text line and haven’t gotten through to someone for an hour. Extremely annoying and unprofessional.

I waited today in line for the Jordan retro 4 and when the person doing the head count collected all sizes I was the last person to get size 10. A person hoped in line and was granted my size 10 even though the person who did the head count informed her coworker they belonged to me over the headphone. The coworker said he didn't care and since the guy was in line that's the rules first come first serve. He then proceeded to try and sell me the gentleman behind me last size 10.5 but the gentleman said they were his and the guy told me he sold my shoes and can't sell me the size 10.5 since they were the guy behind me.

2 years in a row I have come to this location to buy shoes and socks for Christmas gifts. Both times the associates have left the security tag in the socks. This year I took them back to the store to have them removed, only for there to be additional security tags on the exact items brought in to have the tags removed. The associates take no time, care or effort to ensure the customer does not have to come back several times in order to use the product the customer purchased. No apologies offered and now I have to go back a third time (once to purchase and now twice to have the security tags removed.)

Closes 25 minutes early. Came specially for something from this store and they had the gate closed with someone guarding it only letting people out.

The WORST and I mean WORST store in Oak Park, NEVER open on time, always an excuse as to why they can’t OPEN on time. I will NEVER come to this store, it needs to be SHUT DOWN and ADD something that is way better than this! I feel sorry for the business!
