I have been to this Casey’s multiple times for ice. I have paid for ice numerous times. I was told by a manager that I could get free refills of ice if I reuse my plastic Casey’s cup. I have even gotten new cups and have been told, “Don’t worry, you’re fine”.
Today a short guy with black glasses and a red hat follows me outside to my car to rudely tell me that “the ice isn’t free and he’ll let it slide this time though.” I replied, “that I have always gotten refills and haven’t paid for them and was told this by multiple people”. He cuts me off and says, “Have a good day, Ma’am” , and walks away. He was on his phone every time I came in and he was clearly talking to his friends about me when he walked back in because two other males approached him when he went back inside, the same two males that were looking at me before I even came into the store. The red hat manager was obviously wanting to say something, but was too busy talking to his buddies and on his phone to notice that I left the store. So instead of saying something to me tomorrow, because obviously I will be in for my refill, he follows me to my car over a 59 cent cup of ice! No wonder this Casey’s is doing so badly. The bathrooms are always disgusting when I use them on my breaks and every person behind the counter besides, maybe a girl with brown/blond hair and a nice older gentleman with glasses, doesn’t even acknowledge you at the register when you go to pay for items. I was there this morning and I had to ask how the female cashier was doing because she looked angry for now reason! If you are in hospitality, be personable! Thanks for ruining a perfectly good day, black glasses/red hat manager. Way be helpful in an already messed up economy.

I don’t often rate convenience stores / gas stations. But an extraordinary experience requires an extraordinary rating. Casey’s has generally been my second favorite convenient store / gas station chain. I had to specifically call out the exceptional customer service of Josephine. Extremely helpful, pleasant and you could tell really enjoyed her job. This is honestly a rarity to see someone smiling greeting happy and honestly makes me want to come back to Casey’s. Great job Josephine! Advice to Casey’s … higher more people like Josephine.

Place is a dump. Weeds growing everywhere, trash cans over flowing, store looks like crap. Employees seem to just hang out behind counter. Casey's is really hurting their brand by buying these smaller c-store stores and just 'slapping' their logo on everything...

Met with “dispenser closed” at the pump. It’s 8:20pm on a Sunday evening. Understandable that the store would be closed, but not the pumps.

8:45 on a Monday night… closed. Don’t buy all the convenience stores if you aren’t going to be convenient. Allow others to provide the service you are suppose to. Monopoly

Clerk (Jersey was his name) was completely rude and not very helpful. I never give reviews but this definitely warranted one. Will be going to main site to lodge a complaint. Store number 3233 at 7875 Quivera, Lenexa Kansas.And when we got home looked on site and they had taken Casey’s cash AFTER we paid cash. You’re quickly losing a long time customer.

I went into the store today and grabbed two drinks and I went to use my app to redeem my rewards and the 2nd assistant manager , a young guy was helping me at 12560 location in Overland Park and he was rude to me and the app wasn’t working and he said it’s obviously an IT issue and I asked to speak to the store manager and he pointed to his badge and said he is the manager and the girl assistant manager was there and she told him to give me the drinks because there’s an issue . I told him I have nothing but problems every time I come to this location and he said good then”Don’t ever come back” and helped the next customer. I come to this location because it’s convenient on the way to work but I stopped because fresh tea is never made unless the general store manger is working. I will not be back to this location and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either . It’s a shame we are treated that way and it’s horrible customer service and wasn’t my fault. This 2nd assistant needs to go.

Too many questions before you can pump gas. 3 times more than other gas stations. We just want to pay and pump.

I liked the fair selection of on-the-go foods and drinks at reasonable prices and the helpful, pleasant service at this new location, which was previously a Minit Mart. The clean and bright sales area offered a good variety of convenience items, Casey's pizza and a roller grill. I noticed competitively priced gasoline, a car wash, air, a vacuum, firewood and ice available for a charge outside. Overall, A-OK.
