Absolute dump. The place smells horrible and the smell somehow changed throughout the stay, so you could never get used to it. The room had no toiletries or soap. No extra pillows or towels were available. The longer stay residents throw a party every night on the side of the building. Do not stay here.Noteworthy details: Nasty.

This place is not run like a motel, or even like an extended stay hotel. It is run like a short term apartment rental. As such there isn't a lot of cleaning going on by staff to the rooms. We found a cockroach upon check in but killed it and haven't seen any bug since.Unfortunately since it is being used as apartments for many people that results in a lot of smokers smoking standing at the doors, despite it being against the law in Kansas to smoke withing 10 feet of any door, window, or air intake.There is also weed usage. Don't park near the dark colored car with four stars on the front license plate. He smokes weed in his car multiple times a day, with windows down, so your car will get that illegal smell as well.As far as amenities: laundry room needs new machines, many of them are weak or just broken. The exercise room has more than many hotels. Has a working snack and drink vending machines. Has some things to borrow such as games, books, or kitchen appliances.If you adjust your thinking to this is a short term apartment rental instead of a motel, it's not a bad place to stay. However, since they do nothing about the smoking right in front of doors and windows, and some people smoke weed immediately around the hotel, I wouldn't advise staying here if you have anything like asthma, or other health issues that would be effected. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.Walkability: It is within reasonable walking distance to a grocery store and a few places to eat.

Booked room days in advance to find out we had no reservation. The motel canceled it! I am a diamond elite member of choice motels and have never had a motel cancel a reservation. I travel for work and in motels 4 nights a week and never had this happen. Will be staying in other motels other than choice because of this. It was a big inconvenience

If you stay here, Do not count on having any incoming calls make it to your room in house. Either nobody answers the call to transfer you or they answer then hang up on you. Then stop answering again. For hours.Have family staying here and have needed to call direct with emergencies twice and had to drive to the hotel. Kicker is its the GM who lacks ability to transfer or answer calls.

BED BUGS. UNCLEAN. COCKROACHES. HAIR. BEWARE!!!The initial look of the room at first glance looked OK, but the longer we were in there we found that there were clumps on hair still left in the bathroom on the shower faucet and behind the toilet. Bed was clean and tidy, woke up very early morning to find BED BUGS found them ranging from hinges in the bathroom door, on the floor, walls and then to see a roach on out bedroom ceiling. I of course took pictures of them all to prove to the front desk— we looked through all of our things and left ASAP around 7:00am. Informed the front desk and showed pictures and she was nothing but rude and lacked customer service and empathy…. those are not bed bugs, those are too big to be bedbugs. we can’t do anything for you since you’ve stayed the whole night already.” Here are pictures to prove her wrong. I grabbed tissue paper to kill the bugs.Noteworthy details: Bed Bugs, unclean, rude staff. Don’t waste your time.

Nice clean rooms. Close to everything. Rooms were nice and warm in the winter. The Staff is great especially the hotel manager Shautay Banks. Very accommodating and just an overall really pleasant stay and experience.

NOTHING WORKS INCLUDING LOCKS ON THE DOORS!!!!! Staff messes with your settings in your room and Denise it, refuses to fix problems and if you question it you have to leave! They also don't provide the room to be cleaned, toilet paper or paper towels. Stay anywhere else!!

This place was so dirty, had to leave my 3 year old son allergies flared up right away, We didn't stay more than an hour. Booked a different hotel. So gross and smelt like weed smoke all over the hotel.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Shautay, one of the managers here. We came across some speed bumps and she was prompt to make the situation right. Her patient and friendly demeanor was very pleasant. Thank you!!
