I've gone to this store quite a few times, there have always been good deals and new things all the time, plenty of great snacks and other things that can make great gifts, this is definitely a store to check out, lots of name brand things too, with only small or minor issues, plenty of selections in all categories as well as sizes

Burlington is a great place for the whole family to find something unique even if you're on a budget. Fashion meets affordable. The only thing I find frustrating is there lack of shoe options when it comes to bigger feet but that's just about anywhere you go.

Dear Burlington Manager from Overland Park KC:
Yesterday, Friday, March 8th, around 9:30pm my family and I experienced a horrible moment when one of your male workers scream at us. He blamed us for a mess that was inside the fitting rooms. My 11 years old daughter just went inside with one piece of clothing and took it to buy it. That was it. But he blamed and yelled at us for something we didn’t do. He made my daughter cry with his aggressiveness. We left the store without buying the merchandise as we felt humiliated and discriminated against. I don’t want to say it was an act of racism but see the video recordings and you can come up with your conclusion. This was the worst experience ever, and I don’t justify if the male worker was having a bad day or not, he blamed us without proofs and was talking to other employees about how bad we were. Not professional at all. Zero Stars. Best regards.

Night people were some of the rudest I've ever encountered. Mean looks and terrible manners. Im guessing this lady was the manager as she wanted to run her mouth. She could dish it, but when it came time to eat it she turned hostile. Lady if you hate your life so much find something else to do. If you want to run your mouth expect someone to put you in your place. She proceeds to follow me out trying to fight like we're some hoodlums. I will be filing a report, harassment included. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect.
