Richie & Saif were awesome! I wanted a cash out Refi that no other lenders would do because of my manufactured home. The best I could get from anyone was 65% loan to value, but Richie and his crew got me 85%. There were innumerable road blocks by 3rd parties but the Richie duncan team had solutions and their network of 3rd parties to fix loopholes along the way. Even though it was a long process due to inept appaisers they stuck with me 3 months and got me my $$$ money! Incredible job and professionalism. I know because I've sold 100s of homes and dealt with a ton of lenders the past 22 years.

A big shoutout and thanks to Steve Hopper & Magnolia Bank. Steve was a blessing and pleasure to work with. He made the process so smooth to navigate. He walked me through the application process from start to finish. This is my first time trying to purchase a home and qualify for a loan. He was very understanding, patient, knowledgeable and timely. My prayers were answered.

Richie Duncan and his entire team guided me through this entire refinance process as if they were helping a family member. I can’t say enough about their expertise and dedication to me and my family. I was on the final yard line ready to close when my lender told me they wouldn't be able to finance me. I was so fortunate to find Richie and his team. They were there every step of the way and we're ready to make my closing date. I can't thank them enough for pulling though on such a difficult scenario. Richie took the ball and side stepped, jumped and dove through every hoop to make this happen for me. His team was on top of everything and followed through when needed the most. Thank you to Richie Duncan, Kelly McDaniel and their team for working in an expeditious manner which helped us close on our home in a timely manner inspite of the pandemic. It was an emotional Rollercoaster for me being a first time home buyer, however Richie and his team were very professional and patient throughout the entire process.

I tried applying with them because of all the hype on their websites about being able to approve and being able to explain everything thoroughly and staying in constant contact. I delt with Kathleen “Katie”. She took my application on a Thursday and told me she would update on the weekend. Come Monday she finally got back to me and without any explanation in an email she said “your dti is way to high. I can’t approve you at this time. No other explanation or further advise or assistance. A long way from all the great customer service and hype they advertise on their many websites. I’m starting to think their reviews are fake. Once she saw that I would not qualify she seemed less than interested to see what we could do to get qualified. No help or advise whatsoever.UPDATE: RICHIE DUNCAN CALLED ME PERSONALLY AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH OUR CONVERSATION. He apologized for my experience without giving excuses and took the time to explain exactly what the situation was and what I could do to try and qualify in the future. Bottom line his customer service was what I needed reassure that this company could be the right fit once I get better financially. Happy he took the time to explain and help me out. I guess the reviews are true dealing with Richie

WOW!! I can not say enough about Richie and his team they went over and above to make this happen for my husband and I!! I started out with another Lender and well it fell apart when I started asking them questions about their BBB reviews they flaked out on me and never returned any of my phone calls. I was in a situation where I needed a cash out refinance ASAP or file BK and I did not want to do the BK. I filled out the questions on line and the phone rang immediately the gentlemen on the phone told me I would receive a call first thing Monday at 9am. On Monday at 9am the phone rang and it was Richie, I explained everything and he went to work! My credit score was low, my debt was high and he made it happen!! Did we hit speed bumps? Absolutely, but not one time did Richie or his team give up on me. Every time I texted or emailed I had a response back within a matter of minutes day or night! I honestly could go on and on about what a great experience it has been. If I ever need to do this again my 1st and only call will be Richie!! Thank you Richie and team it has been a pleasure!

Before we contacted Richie, we had some challenges on getting our refinance done. Richie took everything in stride and the whole process went smoothly and on time. We couldn’t be happier with our new mortgage and will definitely be back when the time comes for a new home loan!!
