They were busy but only had 1 person stuffing the bears and other attendants just standing around texting on their phones. My autistic 6 year old was super excited when we got there, but by the time it was his turn to have his bear done he was just done with being there and wouldn't participate or even watch his bear be made. And it being hot in there didn't help.

Fantastic experience! Employees are really great with the kids! I especially appreciated the special heart ceremony that they do when they are stuffing the bear!! Highly recommended!!

This was our first time visiting a Build a Bear and the staff was very helpful and friendly in getting us a birthday bear for our daughter.

It was a fun experience for my kids. Though they had the line go backwards from where you were supposed to start, so it was crowded at the other stations.

Extremely friendly staff, and very welcoming atmosphere. The layout of the shop was intelligent, and the queues were lined up next to all of the merchandise you may have missed.On the topic of queues, they were.... extensive to say the least. Stood for ~1 hour in lines, during what I would consider non-peak hours.Other than that, we walked out with a new friend, and a positive experience.

One of the employees that was working on the stuffing today, should not work in a setting that has children. We had the worst experience with “Blake” today. She didn’t want to ask if we wanted to hug the bear or put a heart in or anything. The customer service was just awful. Just pure silence since we walked up. I’ll never go back to this build a bear because of this one individual. 1/10 experience.

My kids love this place. Pretty cool to get stuffies and watch our kids smile and hug their new friends. Price is good for 20 min of fun.

We were told about a sale of buy one get one half off and double checked if a certain stuffed animal was part of the sale. We were told yes, but when we went to the register we were told it wasn't part of the sale. My daughter bought 2 stuffed animals due to this sale, but ended up having to pay full price for both.
