I called this location on today April 17, 2024 at 11:10 am to see if they will be getting the “Coach Prime Motorola Razr” on April 19, 2024. When calling the store, the lady that answered the phone said “We don’t have Motorola Razr!” and I asked a follow up question of “will you be getting it?” She hung up on me. Totally disrespectful and not customer friendly. This location needs a real change in there practices and employees asap. Or maybe I need to reach out to corporate to get some real change. Because loyal customers should not be treated like that or treated as if they are bothering you.

My husband's employees went into this store yesterday December 21st 2023. They went into the store to purchase a phone. The workers that were working in the store were trying to up sell them and sell them a screen protector. He agreed to purchase the screen protector if the boost mobile employee would install it on the phone. The boost mobile employee installed the screen protector and did a horrible job. There were bubbles all over the screen. He asked the boost mobile employee if he could fix it and get the bubbles out and the boost mobile employee said NO it is what it is. He asked him 4 times if he thought he could fix it and he said NO and didn't even try to fix it. So he told the boost mobile employee that he wasn't interested in purchasing the screen protector anymore. The boost mobile employee went and locked the door and told them you have to buy it or you can't leave the store. He said he wasn't going to purchase it because he installed it and had bubbles all over it and he didn't even try to fix it. So the boost mobile employee called the police and the police came and made a police report. This is a horrible store, horrible employees, and NEVER go to this store. They are rude, disrespectful, and they call the cops on their customers!

If I could rate this store ZERO I definitely would!!!The lady I spoke with in person today 9/13/2023Is a scam artist and a liar.She shows just awful customer service and business!!!Told me my phone was not fixable.Then pushed the fact that I needed to buy a new one. (I found what I was looking for online for .99)When I spoke with her she smirked and laughed when I told her how much money I was working with.Im so disgusted with the rudeness and dishonesty

I’m certainly not satisfied with this store at all especially with their manager Ameen. He is really rude and racist. I will not consider porting over from my current carrier after my experience with him. Do better.
