New car purchase and trade with Eric. He was a rockstar! Kind, knowledgeable and not overly pushy. He was patient in answering our questions. Great experience!
8/30 update: I got in a fender bender and took my (new) car back to Bob Allen to the collision center. I must give a shout out to Mary, she provided outstanding customer service. She was patient with my schedule, worked seamlessly with my insurance, answered ALL of my questions and was easy to get in contact with.
Most importantly, she gave a goal date for my car to be ready and it was ready on time! This was huge help, as it saved money on extending my rental car. Also, The gentleman that drove the “shuttle” to my rental car location, was prompt, friendly and I enjoyed our conversation.
I will continue to drive from the MO side over to this dealership for all of my car needs. All the way around it has been a pleasant experience.

Yikes! I tried making an appointment online and noticed none of the prices are online. I called and left voicemails, and never got a call back. I finally came in person today and I stood at the service desk for 10 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged until I walked up to someone at a desk. When I let him know what I needed done for my car, he let me know what the price was. Twice the amount a Ford dealership closer to home was asking for!!! The only reason I came to this dealership was because they had so many appointment slots open… now I know why, they’re trying to rip people off.

Eric was a rockstar! He worked with us to achieve our dream car. He answered all my questions, explained everything with patience, made us feel heard and taken care of. The process was fast and smooth. All the staff was kind and helpful, from sales, to management, to warranty, to services. I could not be happier with my new car from Bob Allen Ford! Eric Hansen was the most amazing person to work with and he truly cared about me and what I needed. In my opinion, all you need to talk to is Eric and the sales manager, Jeff. This was my first car buying experience and I will definitely be back when I want to get another car! 10/10 experience!

They saw I was trying to sell my car, and within a day I had received 3 calls from different sales reps. After I told them I wasn't interested in selling them my car and to stop calling, they continued to call me 10 more times. I finally decided to give them a chance to see what kind of offer they'd give me. I told them what issues the car had in case they wouldn't be interested in purchasing after hearing about it. Nonetheless, they told me they're very interested in my car and they're usually able to give offers above the estimated value. After spending an hour at the dealership in total, they told me they weren't interested in buying my car...WHAT?! I'm the one who wasn't interested in even taking your call, let alone coming in. They're the ones that called me 76 times after I told them to stop calling. This is a typical money hungry car dealership. Don't care about the customer just their bottom line. Sales reps were not cool guys. I wouldn't trust these guys to hold my beer while I tie my shoe. I did however receive a complimentary 6 oz water bottle!

My oil change was done quickly. It was easy to schedule. They made a suggestions of things to watch for with my car, that may need work in the future. Now I can plan accordingly.

Bob Allen's sales staff provided great overall service and were very helpful in communicating the status of our truck order. We appreciated the detail they gave us in the delivery process, including a full tank of gas. Attention to detail in customer service is proof of the care and professionalism of Bob Allen's service culture.
