Moved to OP from Indiana and started using these folk 3 or 4 years ago with James being our agent. He has been extremely helpful is helping us evaluating our needs and making sure we get the correct coverages. Keep in mind that I have been in the insurance industry for 34 years so I have high expectations. Good job Blue Valley and James

Was shopping around for insurance after getting married and buying a new house and was comparing when we came across Blue Valley Insurance Agency from a recommendation from a friend. They were lower cost and I got much better responses and services from the team than I did from insurance companies directly. I have bought and sold a couple of cars since and they have been incredibly responsive and helpful. I haven't had to file a claim (luckily) yet but I am sure their support is just as high there as well. I was actually able to add a nice umbrella policy (at their recommendation) for a lower cost then what many of their competitors were charging without it. I highly recommend at least checking out the team here as I can't say enough positive things about them!

Kyle Henry has been incredibly helpful and available. Returns calls and emails at all times. I went outside BVIA to check that I was getting a good deal. Communication with our Blue Valley agent is always prompt and informative. Phone calls are answered at the time of the call or returned same day. Our agent watches our insurance policies for cost and coverage and has recommended a company change due to higher cost. Blue Valley acts like and independent agency, a good thing!
