I would recommend going anywhere else. This location ALWAYS has issues with their brushes hitting vehicles. Yesterday, I went through and the brushes actually ripped off my back wiper! When I went back to let them know, they didn't offer to fix it or try to make it right, it was just "we'll let the manager know." Kind of a joke of an experience and it's going to be why I cancel my membership. There are plenty of good car washes out there that don't destroy your vehicle, go to one of them instead.

I bought a brand new car, and I've only used this facility for car washes for the past 7 months. My car has several small scratches, and I've had to replace two tires, both immediately after visiting this car wash. Once, my car was stuck on the track while it continued moving. My tire kept losing pressure after that incident and eventually needed replaced. I filed a claim, but it was denied. I figured it was a one off. Another time i felt something hit my tire while the track struggled to move. About 15 minutes later I had a flat tire. I called the claims department and the man I spoke with was completely dismissive and clearly didnt care or want to hear about it. After reading the reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who has had damage to their car and Club Car Wash ignored it. I'd think twice before bringing your vehicle here.

I liked the club car wash due to its exceptional service quality, outstanding customer care, excellent value, impeccably clean facilities, eco-friendly practices, and innovative additional Vaccum cleaners, and towel offerings.

Been going here for a couple of months and recently broke the rear wiper and declined claim stating that wont entertain cars older than 7 years, even though it happened in their car wash, no video proof was given either.

It's an awesome carwash. If you are up to vacuuming and care care by yourself then its the best option for complete car care.

I tried cancelling my membership since it's so expensive and the location quality has dropped way down. vacuums are not very strong anymore or broken, the overall cleanliness of the location has gone down. 7 days advanced notice is requested! At no time I was informed of that information. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!
