Update: after several communications with the company the team was sent out again today. They replaced the sheet vinyl with an upgrade to our initial even so we weren't out several more weeks while it was ordered. The vinyl looks very nice. We also came to terms on the carpet issues.

Major installation issues on the sheet vinyl and on the carpet. The vinyl has multiple areas of bubbling &/or rippling that has increased in size and # over the last 3 days, silver metal transition strips used where it should have had seamless joint, carpet has areas not attached to tack strips in multiple places, and the end of the hallway was cut incorrectly.

Matt B and the install team helped me out big time 3 years ago and then this last month - incredibly responsive and helpful even with my request for a month between demo and installation. I won't go anywhere else.

Matt Baldwin was amazing to work with. We love our new floors. We had a lot of questions because we wanted to make sure we got the right floor for our needs (big dog, crazy kids, etc). It could not have turned out better. Beautiful and durable just like he said! After getting quotes from others before him and realizing their “discount” prices were even more expensive than the higher quality product Matt got us, I am SO GLAD that we explored another option and met Matt. Don’t waste your time with other companies.

A room of new carpet was installed 4 inches short of the corner of the room and 2 inches on the opposite wall corner. I am waiting after going on 3 days for a fix. I cannot move things back or enjoy the carpet yet.

This is our second experience with Big Bob's Flooring in Overland Park. Both times we loved the buying experience with a lot of options to choose from, polite not pushy sales people. Installation day was smooth, quick and professional. The crew got right to work and moved our furniture with care. I would highly recommend Big Bob's for anyone who is in the market for new flooring.

Ernesto was fabulous to work with! He was / is professional and provided quality service and specific information for the clients job.
The installers were top-knotch! They were courteous, prompt, detailed, and took care of everything for the job. In 104 degree heat in an old home without air conditioning, the worked through the challenge of replacing 50+ old carpet for my senior client.
She is in love with her new room and is grateful for all they did. Great to see a 90+ senior so happy!

Did a great job matching our existing hard wood floors. Only negative was not really understanding that we have pets, and needed to have barriers up.
