We still want to see what we are buying, rather than shopping online. Our Best Buy experience was great. No push to buy a TV high priced, no warranty extension, just good service. Great prices (that, we'd researched.)

Had several items to choose from. Salesperson was knowledgeable, but had to hunt one down. Always go there for electronics
