Not the greatest customer service I went there to return an item that I had just purchased a day before.They kept telling me that I used a different card even though I used my card ended up refunding it to a gift card and the sales associate looked like she was judging me so hard that she didn’t even try to apologize for the inconvenience or anything.I wouldn’t shop at this location at all I only did because they’re having their semi annual sale

I will always love this store and their customer service! Their by 3, get 3 deal that apply to mists, lotions, and other products, and not just 3 more of what you bought is super beneficial!There was a young lady working last week (Valentines day) when I went that stood out in my mind. I tried to remember to read her tag. It may have said Megan? She had a walking stick with her, I think! She was SO personable and helpful and not pushy at all, which made me more inclined to buy.I get tense in malls and crowded areas, but I don't remember the last time someone has made me loosen up in a mall shop just from their energy and service. She was very genuine and kept busy when not helping us.I can tell she loves her job and works very hard. I hope this reaches her and someone who can give her some sort of raise or bonus because she deserves it!

Really disappointed with how I was treated today. Employees were more worried about gossiping about a customer to each other (while I stood there unacknowledged), than helping me. When I was finally acknowledged I was brushed off and they went right back to talking to each other. I intended to buy several items, left empty handed and probably won’t be back to this location.

I don't go often, but the people at the counter were pretty rude today. Wish I had gotten her name, but on top of that it took an insane amount of time to get serviced. I don't believe I'll be back, definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
