Purchasing our sofa and ottoman from Basset Furniture in KC was a fantastic experience. The showroom is well-appointed, and the furniture itself appears to be very high quality. I worked with Rachel, who was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable, very patient as I took my time making decisions, very kind, and provided valuable insight into their specific products including a wide variety of fabrics for customization of our furniture. She was readily available when I came into the showroom, and also very responsive when we were emailing about purchase decisions. It is so helpful to be able to bring fabric samples home to see them in your own space. I also love that Bassett furniture is made in the United States. I am excited to see the finished products when they are delivered! I never considered going anywhere else for this purchase, and we will continue to choose Basset for any future furniture needs. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased several pieces of furniture from Bassett Furniture in Kansas City and are now looking forward to delivery. We worked with Jason and Rachel. They were both extremely helpful. They were attentive, provided design advice, answered all our questions, and were never pushy. We were dreading the process of selecting furniture, they turned it into a great experience.
