I understand Bank of America is a too big to fail bank and they can do what they want when it comes to dictating branch hours and policies, but I have had nothing but good customer service from both the tellers and customer service representatives each time I have walked into this branch.

Opens an hour later than the one closest to my house, which is often closed on random days. This one has a sign on the drive thru that says either use the ATM or come inside. Whatever I hate you Bank of America.
