Don't Go Here!! I came here for a haircut. I have been growing my hair out and just wanted to trim off the split ends. I had a picture of the exact cut and style I wanted. I showed my stylist, Darshita, the picture and was trying to tell her my exact hair type. She interrupted me every time I tried to talk. All I got out was my hair tangles easy before she jumps in and says, " you have thick hair". I do not. I have fine hair, just a lot of it. I'm fortunate enough to not be tender headed because I would not have survived her brushing out my hair if I was. After brushing all the knots to the end of my hair, she cuts them off instead of brushing them out. I told her I only wanted 1 inch off. She cut 2-3 and added the worst all over layers that I didn't even want. They're choppy and none of it is the same length. It looks like I have the worst extensions in. She didn't even style it right. I left looking worse than when I came in and was embarrassed to even walk to my car. When I emailed her supervisor all they would do is offer for me is to come in and have them look at it and see if they could fix it. I'm never going back to this butcher shop. They just ruined months of hair growth and it's going to take months to grow it back out and to cut off the uneven layers.
