She has always been 100 percent available, but in my most recent interaction she was able to get me information that I needed in changing my existing policy to add a new vehicle that I was purchasing which enabled me to not only streamline my purchase, but also aided in me being able to add my wife to my policy and save money in the long run. In my experience, the type of customer service that Falon constantly gives is a rare thing. “I currently have been going through a hardship and have moved to a different state, and my insurance is lapsing in the next 19 days. I had called to get a quote and Leah Raven was the agent that called me back. We must have had a conversation that lasted over an hour because she was going through every type of avenue that would lead to me having the best coverage at the most inexpensive cost due to the fact that I'm going through a separation right now. She was very sympathetic to my situation, and being that it's a holiday season this is something that I definitely needed and felt comfortable being able to explore those options without feeling I'm going to be ripped off. I've never had an experience speaking with an insurance adjuster or agent that I felt safe with, however, if there's a chance to work with this company again I will not hesitate and they definitely have my business and my trust. If you get the chance to give them a call or are in need of insurance at any level, I recommend contacting Leah Raven. I don't think I'm able to get her number but I'm sure if you call the agency they'd be able to get it to you. Their services regarding travel, Auto repair shop referrals and discounts is unmatched. More importantly, when you need your insurance provider to really step up and do the right thing, they have never let me down.
This week, I went into the Overland Park office with an assorted to do list. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Cindy Shedd. She expertly took care of every question that bounced from rental insurance proof for my daughter's landlord to helping to plan a detailed trip to Italy covering 5 different cities. I never had to leave my seat. Thank you AAA and especially Cindy Shedd for the great service.”
