I tried to stay local for a windshield replacement. Spent over $100 in Ubers for multiple trips. No apologies for the error they did which was installing a faulty windshield that left distortion right in my line of sight. You could see it without even being in the car so not sure how it was approved before me picking it up. Their response when I immediately returned “oh I’ll have to see if that’s under warranty” no apologies for the inconvenience or added fees I had to pay for rides for the trip back a few weeks later. And each visit took about 4 hours for install. First visit they left residue from install. Didn’t clean after it inside car. Front desk workers seemed to get into an argument about training second visit too. Next time I would do franchise corp. and there seems to be another distortion in my windshield this time. Not in view of driving so I don’t want to return to fix it but very annoying.

NOT a place for people of color. Terrible cross communication; I communicated I would be late for appointment and was told it could no longer be honored because of staffing. Twice.

On Wednesday June 12th I arrive at 8:30 a:m to your shop to have the windshield replaced on my truck.
Within 10 minutes of my arrival a gentleman pulled into the shop. I overheard him inform an associate he had a windshield replaced there week prior and now it's leaking. Upon hearing that I asked the associate if he would be the one providing the windshield service on my truck. He stated yes, I simply asked him to make sure it's done right. Approx 15 minutes into my service the same associate asked if he could speak with me. He informed me that while taking off the bottom plastic cowl part at the bottom of the windshield it's cracked. Looked to be approx 7 inch crack. He could see the frustration on my face. He then stated he would replace the part for me no charge and asked me if I still wanted him to finish the service. I stated yes and went back into the waiting room. Approx 20 minutes later he came into waiting room to inform that the service was complete. I then paid the bill . He did not provide me with a receipt only when I requested one did he print it out for me. I also asked if he would put in writing on the receipt to replace part he cracked while providing service and sign he name next to it. He wrote down replacing cal on receipt but refused to sign his name or give me his name when I asked. He stated I was asking to much for him to sign his name. At this point I'm very upset. I asked to speak to the manager, he stated he is the manager. He still refused to give me his name more than once. He stated he would call later in the day to order part. He stated he would also call me the same day to keep me informed. In frustration I walked out of the waiting room into the service area and asked the 2 other associates what his name was and 1 stated Dylan is his name. I'm not sure if he was being honest or not. I have not heard from the self proclaimed manager or anyone else from the shop. It's been 2 days so far. Also he wasn't wearing anything that would identify him as a manager!
By the way I'm a manager in hospitality and know how a manager shoulld present him or her self and how to conduct businesses in a professional manner!
Also on my way from the shop I noticed my rearview mirror was shaking because he did not tighten it properly.
Also the hood was not properly secured it was down semi latched but not all the way down. I had to exit the highway when I noticed and properly secure it!

Friendly, clean pleasing waiting area, great service, job well done. If I need another windshield replacement I will certainly come here. The only down side wish was closer to me.

This place is great. I quoted 4-5 different places after the huge hail storm and they had the most competitive pricing as well as quickest slot available. I waited there for my car to be done and Codey was amazing to talk to. If I ever need my glass done again, you can bet I'll be coming back here.

Would not recommend taking your vehicle here. There are not appointment confirmations or reminders. On the day of my appointment the building was locked up and I had to reschedule it, then came on the new appointment date and was told my appointment was now an hour later. Cody at the front desk is extremely unprofessional, hostile towards customers. There is no secure night key drop, just a mailbox glued to the outside wall that anyone can access, the key doesn't even drop into the building. When I mentioned that anyone walking past could get my key and take my car (to front desk Cody) I was told that is "really unlikely" (so take your chances if you're feeling lucky, I guess!). On top of the horrible customer service, my windshield wipes are now misaligned. To avoid any more headache with this shop, I'll be taking my car somewhere else.

I have used Auto glass now twice in the last year. Everytime they are professional and also quick. The techs are knowledgeable and will keep you informed about other damages. Highly recommend
