Tried to call during their business hours, and couldn’t get an answer. No worries there. I used the info on the website to send them a message of what I was wanting worked on. After no response for a week I sent a follow up message. A week later still no response. Surprised at the comments of great customer service if I can’t get a response from them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bryan is amazing. He took the time to explain in great detail the problem I was experiencing with my Pioneer SX850 and the steps he took in order fix it. There is no one else I will ever let touch a piece of my hifi equipment. His decades of experience and ability to explain things so well left me feeling very informed and ecstatic that I had found such a great place to take my equipment to. Talking to Bryan feels like talking to an old friend, I felt welcome in the shop and he even took the time to guide me to the correct speakers for my unit after everything was said and done. My inherited piece thats over 40 years old will live to see another 40 thanks to him.

Great customer service. They repaired our Denon Amp, after receiving it back, we had trouble with the connections, totally user error. Bryan was so patient explaining everything. Would highly recommend. He took the time, that most want to explain something so simple to him, yet not to others. Great Experience!

Brian was honest with me about the prospects of repairing my receiver. He had great recommendations and is clearly a very busy man. If I had any repairs I would be happy to take them to Audiomart center

Was able to quickly diagnose and fix my Denon receiver and pricing was really fair. Bryan really knows his stuff and from talking to him seems like a great guy. If you have vintage audio gear especially Marantz this is the guy to see. Restored my Marantz 2245 to its original Glory at an awesome price. Passionate about what he does and is willing to take the time to talk to you. Highly recommend. Excellent service in communication. You now have a customer for life will take any gear I have that needs to be repaired to him if it runs off electricity and make sound he's the guy to see. He is busy so don't expect to get your unit back in one day. Definitely worth the wait.

Bryan was amazing! After having my Marantz SR7010 in a repair shop for 14 months only to be told they couldn't repair it. I dropped it off with Bryan had a estimate to repair it in less than two hours and the unit was repaired the next day. Fair pricing and quality workmanship. He will repair all my audio electronics form now on. Thanks again.

Getting my Denon receiver repaired was easy peasy with these guys! I shipped the unit out on a Wednesday, they repaired it, and I received it back two days later in perfect working order. About as easy as it gets!

I had a power issue with my Marantz AV8003. I took this preamp to a shop in Salina. They had it for 2 years saying they were waiting on parts. I took it Audiomart and it took them less than a week to repair my pre-amp. Great service, quick turnaround! Highly recommended.
