A good insurance agent has to put the needs of his clients first. Good insurance agents could care less about their commissions. All they want is to help people have a better future, a more secure financial situation, and a more stable plan for dealing with those disastrous moments when life goes all wrong. Good agents listen to what their clients have to say, and deliver just the products the client needs, rather than the size of the commissions attached. A good agent also knows when a client may need more than they are asking for, or more than they are willing to realize. Compassion and emotional intelligence – caring for and about people – are essential to being a good insurance agent.
This is NOT that (above paragraph) insurance Agency. I joined this Agency 4 years ago because I explained to Marty and Spencer that I was insurance challenged and had some reading comprehension issues for a much needed role as an agent. Both Spencer and Marty Robbins Agreed to re shop me as much as possible at every term if needed to find the best rate. At some point they lost their care for their customer and Spencer Robbins on the last request for a reshop was "We will not be providing you with any alternative insurance. What you have is the best even though it is too expensive" I had Farmers. I had chronic issues with that website and wanted out so when I had issues Spencer sent me a photo of himself with his phone and his app and Guess what? IT was a Farmers app (Foremost) on his cell phone. So now I know why Spencer refused to be an agent. If you need anything, count on this group of people to abandon you to enrich themselves. They care little to nothing for individual needs or customer service. I tried to get some help from Marty as Spencer refused to have any part of working for the customer. But when Marty had found out about the hateful Email that was sent by Spencer He abandoned the account too and left a huge mess behind. IF you want to trust your insurance agents DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. This group will help you but their finances will always come before yours in my experience. DO not stay. I got another Agent, And for Renters and Auto I pay $84, instead of the $160 or so that Spencer was making his money on.

Just met with Marty with Aspire Insurance!
I’m a roofing contractor for NextGen Restoration and let me tell ya!
Marty and his family ran team knows how to take care of their customers.
It’s pretty rare to find an agency who has the quality of service that these guys do.
If you are looking for insurance I would highly recommend checking them out!

I was shopping around for home and auto insurance at renewal and they were quick to give me a thorough quote and answer any questions I had, taking time to respond by email. I ended up sticking with my current provider which was just more convenient, but Aspire clearly has better service. They were able to find low rates for me as well. Thanks, Spencer!

Just stumble on some internet searching and found Jolene & Marty from Aspire. They both responded to my inquiry in the most efficient manner.They both are professional and Marty understood my need and found me the best option available and helped me to save almost $400 from my previous agent for Auto & Home insurance. I highly recommend Aspire. :)

A family friend got us in touch with this company and the service was wonderful! Galen was very responsive and gave me great answers to all of my questions, no matter how many I had. This is the first time I feel like I bought insurance, and know what I bought!

We have gone a long time without a claim, but late in 2020, we had an accident with our new car. Galen has been very supportive in the communication between insurance and the collision repair shop. He also recommended a wonderful, local roofing company for our house. But, the best of Galen came last week, when we returned from my husband’s shoulder surgery and found a water pipe leak in the basement. Due to my husband’s condition after surgery, Galen offered to help. We couldn’t ask for more from an insurance rep who has turned into a great family friend.

Marty & Jolene are great to work with and go the extra mile that you just don't see much of anymore. I moved all my P&C coverage to them in the last year and they created a tailored answer that fit what I needed. Anytime I ask a question, I get a quick response and a feeling that "they're on it.". A friend of mine referred me to Marty Robbins when I was looking for a new insurance company . My son is 16 and as we all know insurance is crazy expensive for a teen driver . Marty got me the lowest price possible and I was very pleased with the timely responses and the customer service I experienced. My questions are always answered within the day if not immediately. They have made every process so smooth (auto insurance, home purchase, engagement ring insurance, etc.). The Aspire Team also rate shops for me on a regular basis, so I don't have to check around myself and always know that I am getting the very best rate! Keep up the great work!!
