Antiquated computer systems. The bank is not on the same electronic payment system as other large banks. Bank of America sends Arvest a physical check. What the heck. Once checks are received, clearing checks seems like a days long process. I guess if you prefer banking from 1970’s, this is your jam.

Customer services hangs up their phone on you blatantly lol. These so called "professional institutions" are no longer but professional. Do not honor their "promotions". And they entice you to open up a bank with them so they can ultimately make money of you.

Probably the best bank experience I’ve had. Was greeted at the door and everything was quick and painless to get my new debit card. Staff was so friendly.

I scheduled an appointment to do a name change on my account on 1/4. When arriving at the bank I noticed they had a sign that said the lobby was closed so I panicked a little. I called the number on the sign and Ana was able to do my name change and order me a new card at the drive-thru window. She was so professional and very helpful! Thanks again Ana! :)

I've been waiting for a supervisor to contact me since July. I left a complaint with Arvest call center and Kimberly from the Broadway branch. Mitchell and his assistant Katrina have yet to try and correct the situation. Very disappointing. I've banked with Arvest for over 10years and this has ruined it.

Been an Arvest customer since moving to KC 4 years ago. Personal bank accounts, mortgage, and business accounts. They've been fantastic. Said what they meant and did what they said they were going to do. Tough to find a bank anymore that isn't full of double talk and corporate speak.
