I had Allie do my nails and I wanted a soak off and new set but she said to do a refill which I’m regretting because the nails look so off and she didn’t shape my nails very well, I asked for almond and got this? Why is my pinky so thin and the test of the nails so thick? Also my ring finger is longer than my middle finger and they look so wonky and the sides of them look so uneven. On top of this she constantly hurt me while filing and made me bleed. She also was asking how I would leave my tip which is a bit much, I’ve never had a salon do that, obviously I was going to tip but what’s that all about? She didn’t ask any of the other customers that. Honestly the worst nails and experience, I’m not ever coming back lol

I highly recommend this salon! The staff are all so kind, attentive and really care about their clients. I had an amazing overall experience and will be returning! Pedicure was great and they took time out of their day to fix one of my nails and match it to my previous set. So much time and attention to detail and it was so appreciated!

Such a nice place- I love my manicurist! They are very accommodating, whenever they can be, which I have appreciated a lot! I have shared one or two suggestions with them in hopes of making this a 5 star place. ??

Got my nails done here about a week ago. Very thankful they were able to get me in without an appointment. Technician was very nice but noticed as she was applying on my acrylic that her beads were very small. I’ve gotten acrylics many times and have watched how much other technicians use. She finished, did the French design and shaped them really well. A bit more expensive then what I was used too but I guess it’s because of the area. Well now the more I look and feel the nails, they are wayyy too thin. I’ve already broken my nail from opening a box. This has never happened to me before and I’m really fighting the temptation to just soak them off at home.

I’ve been going to Artisan Nail Spa for years, and I could not be happier! I love the fact that it is unlike most nail salons, where they get you in and out as fast as possible.I personally do not like to be around a lot of people, and they only have maybe a few people in at a time. Niki and Kevin are the owners and they are the best! They take their time and are very professional. They put up with me and all my health issues, surgeries I’ve had, and go out of their way to take care of me. It’s nice and quiet and a very relaxing place! I like that I don’t notice the strong smells here, which makes me cough! I highly recommend Artisan Nail Spa, and I would not go anywhere else!
