Rick is a very nice Manager at AVC. He helped me buy some belts and bags, and recommended a new vacuum cleaner for my place. I always bring my vacuum here for yearly service and have never had any trouble.

Took my vacuum in for repair. Bob told me my vacuum was older and new technology made new vacuum’s much better. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

I brought in a Bissell Crosswave that had quit charging. I almost threw it in the trash and then decided to give repair a try. They called and about 10 days later told me that they were able to get Bissell to replace it with a new one. Not sure how they accomplished that but am so happy about it. I would recommend this company for your vacuum repair needs.

I am so happy to find a vac repair for my 15 year old Oreck and was really glad to find out they could fix it for what I was willing to pay. I was actually expecting to just leave it there because it would be unrepairable. But they were able to fix it for a reasonable price!

Update: they reached out to me to apologize and refund the money.
Brought in my vacuum for cleaning and tune up, as soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted, just shouted at, “you know Shark vacuums are very bad!” And he proceeded to try and sell me an expensive new vacuum. He didn’t even ask why I was there. Mine wasn’t broken.
Then, when I picked up my vacuum, it was sort of cleaned and tuned up but I checked the mouth and tube and it was still caked with dust and hair. Like, I can’t believe they would return a product to a customer without actually cleaning it fully. Super disappointed and won’t be back.
