I LOVE this boutique. They are friendly and the clothes are quality. I have received a hand written note from the owner in the mail many times after shopping there. That is GOLD to me. Customer Service at it's best

This store does NOT allow returns & this is not posted anywhere in store (be aware). Bought a sweater on Friday and as we were checking out the cashier specifically said no returns on Monday after game day (Superbowl Sunday). Saturday my Amazon order came in and I tried to return said sweater to Amelia’s. Now cashier says they only allow exchanges, has a no return policy.

The last two times I’ve happened to be in the area, I’ve stopped into Amelia’s. The first time I thought this was just a fluke, but not a single employee acknowledged me but acknowledged others and it was VERY obvious. I had a dress and shoes picked out, even tried on the dress (took it upon myself to go in the fitting room and not even ask an employee) and still, nothing. I put both items back and left.A couple months later (today) I went in thinking it wouldn’t be the same scenario/tried to give the benefit of the doubt…. Wrong!There was an employee sitting in the front folding some items and I walked by with clothes in hand and proceeded to try on jackets literally right in front of her. She didn’t say a word.If I’m being honest, they only acknowledge middle aged women. Young woman in there with their mom? They’ll only speak to the mom. Young woman in there by yourself? Won’t talk to you at all.They must work on commission or something and only go after a specific target, which is unfortunate.I’d you go here. Prepare to be snubbed if you’re under 45 :)

I love the daily videos of what is new and also has ideas on how to wear their clothes. Great selection and reasonably priced. Inventory changes frequently so you aren't wearing the same thing as everyone else. Great store! Nicole is awesome. Always friendly and helpful.

I bought the cutest sweater from Amelia’s online and their customer service was absolutely amazing while dealing with some postal service problems. I can’t say enough nice things about the ladies that work at this store. Wish I lived closer so I could shop in person :)

Buyer beware! I cancelled an order two minutes after making it when I realized they were charging $12 in shipping on a ceramic mug, almost as much as the mug itself. I wrote their customer service 3 emails in the next 24 hours requesting cancellation. They never replied. They shipped the mug anyway. I paid $30 for a ceramic mug. A rip off!

The owner was super friendly. Cute, current stock. Only carries S, M, L. Sales person came off as judgemental. Don't think it was intentional but sure did impact the vibe. The owner made up for it and got a sale with her friendly, outgoing personality.

What a wonderful shopping experience! Everyone was super helpful. They tried on clothes for me when picking out a sweater as a gift. They sweetly asked if I would like the present wrapped and it was beautiful!! They had a great selection of unique products.
