I would rate this company 0 stars, but that isn't an option.
After approval of the project, this company gave me an ETA of two days. After not hearing from them for over a week, I followed up with them.
One of the representatives shared with me that I had to sign off on two approvals, not one (?), and so I did and sent an email after completion.
I received zero response, and two weeks later, I'm calling it quits. Their lack of haste, poor service, and overall process was dissatisfying. I did not feel respected as a customer.

I had to get a huge wall calendar printed. And the process was very smooth and team was very welcoming, very friendly and my wall calendar turned out great!

Friendly, efficient, professional services. Alphagraphics is our new go-to place for our non-profit. We had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process. I dont normally review companies, but after my experience with Alpha Graphics I new I needed to make a review.I am travel to KC for a work conference and was in need some graphics in a hurry.Missy and team were able to get me what I needed in a few hours. The communication was quick and precise. I would definitely recommend Alpha Graphics for your next project.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received for a specialty project. I wanted to create a book for my daughter from a hard copy manuscript written by my late husband. KT and Ed were so professional and helpful and helped me choose a cover and a photo and created the most beautiful tribute to him. Thank you for all you help. She loved it!

I can't say enough about the team at AlphaGraphics. We were a first time client, needing a very quick turn-around on a project. After calling several companies who said they couldn't turn our project around that fast, I am so glad I called AlphaGraphics.
