I have been working with All Weather Window and Doors since 2018. They have now installed all the windows in my house, my back porch slider door and my front door. While the quality of the products is excellent, what has kept me coming back to them is their fantastic customer service. They come when they say the will, and everything they installed has been absolutely perfect. I have used several contractors over past few years whose work has ranged from awful to acceptable and it is so refreshing to work with a company where everything is just done right. Windows and doors are big investments and I am glad that I went with these guys for my purchases.

We worked with Will V on the sales and consultation side of things. Will was extremely professional and great at answering all the questions we had. Will was upfront on timelines and checked in 1-2 leading up to the install. On the day of the install Rick showed up right when he said he would and had the job finished ahead of time. Called needing assistance to find one 6ft piece of siding. Not really anticipating they’d help with such a small job, Jamie went above and beyond to help us out so insurance wouldn’t cancel due to one piece of siding missing. Very professional and was so nice to find a contractor who did what they’d said they’d do.

Our salesman was Brett. He was excellent to work with and no pressure to try and upsell us. A second installer came out shortly to re-verify dimensions. The install crew, Jeremy, Max, and Derrick were terrific. Well mannered, very polite, and cleaned up area each afternoon. They were here a total of (3) days for the (5) exterior doors. We would use them again if/when the need arises. All the doors work so much better than what we had. Thank you all so much. R C & Berta

I hired All-Weather to replace all of the siding on my house. They did a great job and all was fine UNTIL about 2 months after completion, a discoloration of the siding began to appear all over the house. It looks like smears of caulk or paint. As time has gone on, it has progressively gotten worse. I have contacted them 8 times . The owner at one point did come by and look at the house, admitted that it was their problem, and said he would contact the installer and the manufacturer to see what product could be used to remove the discolored spots. 3 months have gone by without a solution. This was a very expensive siding job and my house looks really bad. There is a 4 year warranty on the installation.

Jack and Blake performed their window replacement job to perfection. The result of their work was flawless. The replaced window is of the highest quality in fit, finish and workmanship. I had a difficult experience with this company.I had told the representative that I wanted to use this company to install some windows. The representative said the installer needed to come back out to double check something and requested dates and timeframes I would be available for this. I provide this information and received no response back. I followed back up with another email and still received no response. I feel if you didn't want to do the job please say that instead of ignoring a customer. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

Went to their showroom on Shawnee Mission Parkway to look at doors to replace our 20+ year old exterior full light patio door.Was greeted by Kevin Peerbolt as soon as I walked in. He took great time and care reviewing the mfgs. and various models that would work for our replacement project needs. Kevin then came out to our home, measured everything, quoted it on the spot and we ordered the Anderson product.Fast forward to delivery and installation about 9 weeks later as promised. We asked that door be pre-finished/painted to match our interior trim and exterior brick mould trim colors. Provided the paint to them. They did an exceptional job preparing and painting the interior and exterior brick mould prior to install.The day of install, Jeremy and Max showed up at our door. How refreshing to have two fine young men that take tremendous pride in their work arrive to complete our project. They were extremely meticulous in removal of the existing and install of the new door. This was also very refreshing vs the "slam and go on to the next job" mentality prevalent in today's business climate where making money is more important than building a client base of satisfied customers who might return for future needs. Jeremy and Max were simply the best and exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. Very accommodating, personable, careful, very polite, professional, mannerly and most of all very skilled at their craft.Could not be more pleased with our decision to go with All Weather Window, Doors and Siding. From the first contact with Kevin to the scheduling/communication with Jamie and finally the install work from Jeremy and Max, we could not be any happier with our decision to go with AWDS for our door replacement project.Highly recommend and we will definitely be back to AWDS for future projects!Service: Storm door installation & replacement

All of the folks at All-Weather were component professionals. Brett, our salesman was always helpful, available and on-time. He was immensely helpful in all of our product decisions. The installation team (Derrick, Jeremie, and Max) were very capable and friendly. They competed a professional job in the time they stated. My new windows are beautiful, these guys really take pride in their work, they install windows the correct way by removing the trim, removing the old window and installing the new window with the flange on the window. Other companies i got a qoute from just cut the the window out and install the window without a flange and just fill the gaps with caulking or silicone. They replaced all the trim they removed from the house and then some! Very happy with the windows and the install!! I would recommend them to my familyService: Window installation

I'm so glad I went with All-Weather, out of Overland Park, to have my sliding glass door replaced with an Anderson door. It was a positive experience starting with the salesman, Will Vandenberg and ending with the installers; Rick, Jeremie, Max and Jamie. My job had some challenges which involved stucco and a existing, large hanging blind. The guys were skilled and very knowledgeable, keeping me informed of the process, taking great care to keep the dust to a minimum. Cleanup afterwards was excellent. Outstanding customer service, thanks for a job well done!
