What??!! Hi-tailed it from Denver and made it 2 hours before close and the gates are shuttered!!Spoke with staff the day before and we were expected…4 hours added to our trip to have these shoes in time for a service and they’re closed 2 hours early.Just wow.

Ive been shopping at this Aldo location for years, the girls here are kind, genuine and fashionable. The young lady w pink hair , I think she’s the manager. Always recognizes me, knows my size and helps me put outfits together. Helped me a couple of times at other locations around the area too. I’ve experienced interactions with other employees in the store and all are warming with their behavior. I’m happy to see my favorite store is doing well especially on the weekends, it can get pretty busy but usually they get me in and out fast. Only down side is that sizes/ bags do sell out fast. If you see something you like I recommend you buy it that day, chances are it’ll be gone after the weekend.

I've never been offered such A+ customer service. I had stopped into Dillard's and Nordstrom's before hand and not a SINGLE person said hello or checked to see if we were doing okay. Thank god We left and went into your store. These girls in here really know their stuff! Carina was a young lady who was helping me and my wife complete our outfits for our trip this weekend. And man did she do an AMAZING JOB. She was so patient and was knowledgeable in not only the product in store but online as well. She was very fashionable and my wife loved her! Will definitely be back again and refer more of our friends to her!
