Employees were super helpful and welcoming. I had a positive experience for my first time shopping at Abercrombie and Fitch.

I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!

Pretty big mall. I didn't find what I was looking for until literally the last store, The Children's Place. I made a few stops along the way. I grabbed some Topsy's Popcorn... delicious, played with some LEGO, did some window shopping, and almost bought me some UGG-like shoes. They looked warm and comfortable. Not sure if I wanted to get them, so I left them. To be such a large city, there aren't many malls in KC!

KC's best mall. I live in River Market so Zona Rosa is definitely closer but who the heck wants an "outdoor mall" in the Midwest? Not me!

We had a really fun afternoon at the mall during our visit to Kansas City for the Triple Crown NIT volleyball tournament. The mall was absolutely amazing, with great anchor stores (no Dillard's in Michigan) and plenty of shopping to be done!! The girls were absolutely thrilled with the double decker carousel! If you are ever visiting the area, definitely check out the mall!!

Oak park mall has a lot of staples stores that you see in every mall but they do have a good selection of local stores and unique stores. They do have several spaces that seem to go out of business a lot and their bathrooms are not always kept up as well as they need to be but I love that they have an area for kids to play in and a carousel. They have a good selection in the food court as well.

I have worked here for 10 years and they have made so many changes but still can't get bathroom stalls that properly lock in the women's restroom. The food court is arguably the heaviest traffic area year round and absolutely disgusts me to go to the bathroom and have to work/eat in the same area.

Malls are not my favorite place, but Oak Park is pretty decent. Crowded as normal since it's in a metropolitan area yet I can get in and out of my stores fairly quick. I was shopping for my nephew's first birthday party and thankfully there was a Barnes & Nobles plus a Kid Foot Locker. Killed two birds with one stone and time to do a little shopping for myself. It was a good day.

Nice variety of high-end and more budget friendly stores. Big enough to walk around for exercise. Close to other things - restaurants, businesses, etc.

The mall security is absolutely awful and zero help. A friend lost her key/wallet/identification and we asked them for help very nicely and they were terrible to us, acted like we were idiots. Although the lady at the coffee bar was AMAZING and so helpful.

Going to the mall is so much FUN!! I don't know why malls fell so put of favor. Malls are great places to get exercise, people watch, shop and eat. Oak Mall fills all those needs. Oak Park Mall has a variety of stores to shop. There is everything from bath products, Hallmark cards, tea, to high end purses. Stores galore! I love the options. I go here regularly to get my nails done and the nail shop is located next door to a massage place. That gives you an idea about the wide selection available. You can go pricey to cheap at the mall depending on where you shop. You can spend $2 for a pretzel or $200 for a pair of shoes. There are plenty of ramps for those who need accessibility, too. This is a great place to walk and get exercise. I always see people walking through the mall and getting their steps in for the day. They always seem happy. The food court has many wonderful selections. My favorite pizza in all KC is at this mall food court. There is a Chipotle, a juice cafe and a Panda Garden in addition to others. Every staff member that I have encountered here has been very nice. I've even had staff help carry purchased items to my car for me. One time I was in a cast and a pizza shop employee at the food court brought me pizza curbside. What a great gesture! Nice place to shop and dine! Parking is never an issue here. It is plentiful and easy. There is a private parking lot and a garage. Plenty of options.

Only came here briefly just because I wanted to check out what this mall had to offer. It was a Saturday and it was definitely packed so I got stuck parking in the back. The anchor stores are really huge! Everything at this mall is beautiful, modern, architecturally amazing and eye catching. One of the most beautiful malls ever. I love the variety of stores it offered some of which I never heard of or haven't been to in a while. The thing that I didn't like about this mall was its food court. I didn't like the options provided for the most part which dissapointed me. Would definitely come back though none the less.

Such stupid layout! The ramps and stairs alternate every time. It makes anyone using a wheelchair or stroller zig zag in front of everyone. I feel bad for anyone handicap- we had a double stroller and it was very annoying for ourselves and everyone around us with a long double stroller. D**** The child carousel is super amazing and double story BUT it is wayyy to fast. I've felt sick for two hours since getting off.
