Went to return a dress that I ordered 35 days ago but didn’t receive delivery until 30 days ago (within return period) and they would not let me return it for a refund back to my credit card. They would only let me get a store credit.
Doesn’t seem fair for the customer to suffer due to the wait time for the company to ship products.
Bridget the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was terrible. Even my guest with me agreed that she was just awful. Will likely not be back in store to shop again.

Peak neutral vibes. The quality is my favorite part—best I've ever owned next to Express. A bit expensive but they're generous with online deals, so this location works well for sampling. This is THE brand for olives, browns, navys, and tans. The box of essential tees is a GREAT deal. Also, the way the jeans hang straight is very unique to this brand. If you're into laid back but not trashy looking neutral, give this a shot!

Don’t live close and you get charges for returns or exchanges. How else am I going to try the clothes on. For that reason won’t order from this company if I can help it.

Went in to complete a return. And the first person who helped me was not helpful and unknowledgeable. I received the item as a gift and wanted to have the money go back on the original form of payment. The only option the associate offered was a gift card. She said it was out of the return window, and when I explained the holiday return policy, she still insisted it was out of window, after receiving the gift card, I saw on the website that the return was within window and Miguel went above and beyond to try to assist and allow us to get the refund. He was very kind and patient. I really appreciated his assistance!!

The younger blonde manager is extremely rude and demeaning. She needs to be set straight immediately. Her tonality is awful. Will never step foot in that store again.I also heard her degrading her own employee. Talking to them like a child. Yikes. Stay away

Waited 25 minutes in line for a 2 item pickup order. Many staff members walked by seeing the line and never helped.

I love Abercrombie, but this location is just flat out terrible. Their fitting rooms have been closed for well over a year, their staff is incompetent and flat out rude (they literally will not speak even one word to you while in the store), and they never have inventory in smaller sizes. I’m shocked that corporate hasn’t stepped in to do something to resolve any of the issues at this store yet. It’s truly a shame because I feel like the inevitable end result here is for the store to shut down from lack of sales.

I had a damaged sweater given to me foe Christmas and they were able to provide a full refund. And while it was a seasonal item. They assisted in finding me the same sweater online which was on clearance. I ended up saving 18.00 after the extra customer service provided.
