No I wouldn't recommend this office or the agent Harris Felsen. I requested quotes from several insurance companies I received a response from an agent at AAA but somehow this Harris got my information and I assumed it was the first agent that contacted me wrong. It's been a nightmare of miscommunication with prices and this guy doesn't listen to anything I've said to him and his last two emails to me after I questioned why my monthly rates are higher than quoted were far from being on a business level to the point I'm going to cancel my Life, Roadside and Car policies. I don't appreciate the vulture mentality and disrespect when it shouldn't have been his sale to begin with.

We used to have American Family for home and 2 cars, with Geico insuring a third car—-the car my daughter drives (which was a way better price than American Family for her at the time). With American Family’s annual price increases, I finally started researching alternatives. I finally decided to listen to the AAA ads and give them a call.Kurt Price is great to work with, and saved us money!! We now have home & all 3 cars insured through AAA!

I've had terrific support since I began using AAA for auto and home coverage over 20 years ago. I had to replace my roof due to storm damage a few years back and each step of the process went quickly and without any hiccups.

Terrible service. I had them come out to jump my car, and then tow it because it would jump. The tow truck said he couldnt do it because of the position it was in. We couldnt get the natural release to work to roll it to out of my drive way to the road, and he didn't want to hook it up from behind. The driver said I'd have to call a company to move it with dollies and then hook it up from the front. I believed him and called a towing company to get a quote. The guy laughed at me and said he could do it without dollies and without damage to my car. He was there in 15 minutes and in 15 more my car was safely aboard his truck and on the way to the repair shop...oh and guess what? It was just a bad battery. I asked BOTH AAA guys if that's what it could be and if I could buy one off of them just to be sure, but they assured me it wasn't the battery after their testing...Needless to say I'll be canceling my services.

Do not use AAA they are a horrible insurance company and do not stand behind you if you have an accident or are stranded. While I was out of town after paying their gold rate for over 6 years my wife has left on the side of the road for 6 and 1/2 hours with a flat tire when I called up to talk to a manager he could care less as could any of the customer service department period there is not an insurance company out there that would do worse than these clowns avoid it all costs

Kurt was great to deal with! coming from California, I had several questions and he was able to answer or direct me appropriately. If the doors locked call the office! He's a busy guy working hard to comply with covid restrictions and providing great customer service. No fly by night agency either! Over 25 years with AAA and has a great safe convenient location. Ive been a AAA motor club member for YEARS, but it's my first experience with using them for insurance. I was given a fantastic deal with great payment options at a hard time financially after moving. Don't rely on online insurance companies, sometimes you need the person to person touch this agent has.

My work hours start and end outside of AAA operating hours. I took vacation to get to this location before they closed. When I get there 10 min before close. Their doors are locked. Now I have to waste even more of my vacation hours to try again at a later date. I'm going to a different location next time.
