They were supposed to deliver flowers to a funeral the date for the 5th they moved delivery to 6th. So I have a funeral at 2pm amd no flowers still. I am beyond disappointed.

I placed an order for same-day delivery at 3:00 PM, and was told at 4:30 PM that they could not deliver that day. I was understandably upset about this after paying $30 in service fees and an up-charge for same-day delivery, so I reached out to customer support to see if that fee could be refunded.They refunded the fee and told me that my order would be delivered the following day between 8:00 and 12:00 am. I received absolutely no update from them and reached out the following day at 11:00 AM. I was given a generic response about their delivery window and they were unable to provide any ETA.The agent I chatted with tried to get me to change the date or recipient instead of cancelling the order for some reason.Ultimately I cancelled the order and went with a local florist instead.

Order was placed 3 weeks in advance & never arrived. Once an agent said it would be refunded they said to allow 10 business days for that refund and would not give me the name of the florist that failed to deliver the flowers. Never using 1-800 flowers again.

Was unimpressed with the service and arrangement I received. Totally didn't mind paying a premium since they were going to my mother, but I feel as if I could have found the same thing for half the price at a grocery store. The owner, who took my order, was passive and impolite.
