We were traveling, pulling a fifth wheel trailer and our truck suddenly lost power. The young man stopped what he had been doing and put the computer on our truck was very helpful and courteous. He provided a service and then advised us of what to do if it happened again. It did but only once, we then followed his advice and came on home without any further trouble.
