I was very pleased with the service I had when we had an outage here in Ottawa, Kansas. The young men who came to my house and fixed the problem were very knowable and very nice. I can tell Vyve is really making some great changes for the good of its customers. The Vyve store here in town has some very nice folks running it. I'm very pleased!!!

I called to cancel and they can’t even prorate it. I still have to pay for service till January 11. I’m paying for absolutely nothing because they already disconnected my service. Always had bad WiFi connection and now this. Highly do NOT Recommend this internet service.

Absolutely horrible service. Took 2 months to bury a line that was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. And there hasn’t been a single week after getting it that we’ve had uninterrupted connection for more than 2 days. Currently no internet for a 100$ monthly subscription is outrageous. Extremely disappointed and will be changing providers.

Our home internet has not worked properly for over 2 months. Constant in and out service daily. I’ve also called at least 5-6 times this month to check on service only to get the automated service impairment message and they are currently “working on it.” The amount our service is out is completely unacceptable.

The thing is, I want to give 5 stars to the employees! They’re amazing in Ottawa and they are so helpful knowledgeable. No one can compare!!However, I noticed them out working this week.. with how hot it is and just how hard they work, you’d think they’d deserve a day or two off to be comfortable in a heat index of almost 130 degrees. I am completely disappointed in whoever is running this show.Mr. Boss, if you’re reading this, you’re guys work way too hard to be treated this way.

Want to give a shout out to the Ottawa team for getting everything back up and going after the huge storms. Saw the trucks out day and night working hard. Way to go Zach, John, Dorothy, and the rest of the team!!That being said, what is Vyve doing to keep their employees safe this week? I see the guys out working all day in the heat with indexes over 130 degrees. I’m sure their families are very concerned for the health and safety of these workers!!

Kenny, John and Zach here in Ottawa, Kansas have gone above and beyond during our recent damaging storm on July 30, 2023. These guys have worked so many hours in crazy hot and humid weather to ensure that the many customers that work from home were able to get back to work. I know there is still so much they still have to do but these 3 guys have worked so hard in dangerous conditions with powerlines being down and people still trying to get power restored. My upmost respect goes to these 3 amazing techs/regional manager.

Tristan was our tech today !! He was the best!! We have had a on going problem with our cable and internet dropping like every hour. He stayed and went through everything until he uncovered a problem and finally fixed it!! I am extremely happy with him. I even called when he left to tell vyve just how great he was. Thank you again Tristan, we are actually watching a movie !!!

Zach was great he answered all my question. He was very very kind. He did my phone my bedroom TV, my living room and he was very kind and he didn’t make me feel like I was a dummy when it came to electronics I want to thank you very much For being there for me. Thanks, Zach. PS I hope that I get Zack again if anything ever shall happen again to my Internet have a great day.

Good and fast even streaming games and movies ar the same time. Have had nothing but good experiences from the friendly staff as wel!

When it works, it works great. But Vyve goes down for us on a daily basis--sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes for hours. This is not a great situation if you depend on Vyve for work or school.

Not sure why we are going to have qn office in ottawa ks if they are not going to stay open the hours that are listed on website.
