This CarStar team exceeded any expectation that I had. They repaired my vehicle after an accident and provided a better overview of the process, more information regarding the extent of the repairs, and maintained near-constant channels of communications throughout. Sierra outperformed my insurance agent and his staff. I highly recommend this business and this team.

2016 Golf GTIWould not recommend using this place, especially for insurances purposes . Overall professional tone, but the lack of care and blatant lethargic pace throughout my experience with them is something I regret.Additionally when they were unable to repair my car, they sloppily put it back together compared to how I brought it in. It's also immature to have shoved everything that was in my trunk underneath the panel above the spare while jamming that panel into it's slot. It almost feels like my car was violated the entire processService: Body & Trim

My daughter had a mishap with a drunk driver and we were in a real bind if we had to find another car. They worked with me to get all of the parts and worked with my insurance company to keep the car. All repairs were done when parts came in, which they had troubles with because of short supply. They listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right. The car looked brand new and we have had no problems with it. I can't thank them enough for all of the hard work and communication they did for me. They definitely saved me a lot of money and time looking for a new car. I absolutely loved working with Matt, Lou, and Jeff. I will be back but hopefully not soon. :)Services: Electrical
