The service members in the shop are wonderful. I was helped almost immediately and everyone was so polite. I dropped my vehicle off, but felt like they handled my vehicle with priority. They did great work and didn’t make me feel taken advantage of like other dealerships.

Greg and I had an awesome purchasing experience with Luke Biggerstaff. This young man is very pleasant and quite knowledgeable. Mikela and DJ are friendly and helpfull also. We are glad we purchased our, new to us, 2021 Ford Explorer from Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa. 8/15/24.

I had a non mechanical repair on my vehicle. The cover on my driver's side door handle needed replaced and also the cover that protects the wiring under the driver's seat had broken loose. They were both replaced in a timely manner. The service was treated like any other very important part of the vehicle because they consider everything they do with much integrity.

DJ. thecowbow was patient and clearly knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect car without any sales-y tactics. They explained everything clearly, which made the whole process way less stressful than I expected.

When I found the SUV I liked online, I was hesitant on if I should or shouldn't contact the dealer just because of my previous experiences at other car dealerships. I actually checked the reviews first and saw that DJ had very good reviews, and they were not lying! DJ answered my questions with a lot of patience and made this such a smooth and good experience for me! I highly recommend Bob Allen Ford Ottawa if you are looking for a vehicle!

DJ "The Cowboy" did a great job walking me through the purchase of a Ford Maverick (boy, are those hard to come by!). Would recommend them for anybody looking for a new Ford vehicle. Going to be a few miles before I try out their service department but its on the top of the list.
