Tried to get ahold of another place for weeks with no reply to get my window motor fixed. These guys got me in next morning, fixed in an hour, and good as new, at a better price.

Had a radiator bust on Sunday on I 35 left us stranded. A great guy Joe Lovsbie gave us a ride into Ottawa. He recommended Bienie’s body shop. I called Bienie’s and they recommended TT&L towing to bring our truck in. Although Bienie’s was busy, they ordered a new radiator and installed it the same day. We were back on the road by 2 PM that day. I can’t say enough about the people of Ottawa. The hotel let us have a late check out, Joe giving us a ride back to the hotel, TT& L towing the truck and Bienie’s repairing and delivering the truck to the hotel. This was the best outcome of any travel breakdown we’ve ever experienced and we’ve had a few. Thanks to everyone involved.
Update: we got to Midwest City, Ok and our truck overheated again. We took it to the dealership and they showed us where the overflow spout to the radiator was broken. It was going to be another radiator, coolant, labor. Called Bienie’s and told them what happened. They requested pictures of the radiator. They then called and said they would pay for all of it. If you want to talk service and customer service I’ll recommend Bienie’s as the standard. If you are in Ottawa, Ks (they have a wonderful car show) and need anything to do with auto repair of any sort go to Bienie’s!!! Highly recommended.

My car was having an issue and we were having a hard time locating it. Bienie’s was able to get me in 2 days after I called and had it diagnosed and fixed same day. The price was extremely reasonable and I will definitely use them for any car troubles going forward! 10/10 recommend, customer service was great too.

I had a couple small dents, from others in parking lots opening their doors carelessly of course, and a bunch of scratches all over my car. Bienie's did an absolutely FANTASTIC job. Cannot see any remnants of the dents or scratches whatsoever. Not only was the work impeccable but they also handled my very slow and problematic insurance company for me. So well that they even had a couple other things covered that we didn't originally expect needed to be done. On top of everything already mentioned, the staff is easy to work with and a pleasure to speak to. I plan on bringing my vehicles here whenever I need work done from now on and I highly suggest everyone else does the same.Services: Painting

Needed a new alternator and these guys replaced it faster and cheaper than originally quoted and the part is new not some remanufactured part. Very happy to give them the business.

My daughter is a student at Ottawa University, as her father I am always skeptical of having any repairs done out side of my local repair guy here at home 7 hours away. My daughters car happened to have a major issue recently while at school and we thought it may have had a bad motor. At best it could have been a timing belt went bad but later that day a friend of hers noticed all the oil had drained out of her car so we feared the worst, the engine had possibly blown. After several calls to other shops around Ottawa to see if anyone would work on the timing chain, one shop referred us to Bienies. I spoke to Shawn at Bienies, explained the situation, and that I thought the car was probably a total loss, he was glad to take it in and look at it for us. This is where his honesty came into play. He called with good news... He said it was only a hose leak that caused sensor malfunction throwing the car into misfiring. After repairing the hose and doing an oil change my Daughter was safely back on the road at a fraction of the cost of what a timing belt repair would have been. He did also note that there were some other issues that we will address in the future. We will certainly be back. I can not thank them enough for their great work.
