Has plenty of equipment. Just the right amount of room. The staff is very friendly. And for my experience there is never a bunch of people. They have a gym to play basketball or to run or whatever. They have a large swimming pool to exercise in. As well as yoga, boxing and other classes for you. They have a daycare so you don't have to worry about your child. And I like that the daycare is in the middle so no matter what you're doing or what equipment you're using you can see your child at all times.

Nice place to workout and very clean. I haven't attended any classes but it looks like they have a good selection. Also heated pools are nice.

Very friendly atmosphere, don't feel pressured. Attire is very relaxed,no fancy gym work out clothes required.

Great and beautiful facility. Offers many courses and trainers are available. Has 3 pools 2 inside one outside and one heated. With some insurance everything is paid for. The ladies checked my insurance and found that it at no cost to me immediately registered me. So easy and simple. Other patrons and friendly and fun.

I like going in the pool whenever I want to. Here, it feels like friends are here to help if you need them, but you can do what you want if you want to do it yourself.

Pretty decent sized and they got a outdoor pool and two indoor pools the people that work their are nice and very friendly if you ever need help!
