“I recently discovered that Palace Hardware is a ‘UPS Authorized Shipping Provider’. Needing somewhere local to drop off a UPS package it presented me with the opportunity to see what else they had in the store. I was quickly greeted by Corey, who I found out only recently became the owner and operator of the store. I had never been in the store but driven past MANY times. They have a large selection of tools and hardware and if they don’t have something just ask, and they’ll try ordering it in for you. Corey was very professional and has the drive and attitude to make his customers happy and will go above and beyond. He shared with me that he’s been putting a lot of time after hours since taking over the store to achieve the list of goals he has for the place. In an effort to help provide the community a convenient, cost-effective and friendly place to get a full selection of products when they need them, he’s actively expanding his selection and stocking shelves. He’s got dreams for the place and he’s doing everything to make them happen. I have no affiliation to Corey or Palace Hardware except for that one visit, but he treated me and everyone who came in the store during my visit with him with great respect and gratitude. “They had the lumber I needed in stock and were very helpful with loading it in the truck. I also purchased a handful of shark bite fittings. Typical of current time - electrical remodel boxes are in short supply and are difficult to purchase. I opted for standard boxes.”

“Had to get something for the yard. Since it's a pet friendly store we brought our pup. We went straight to the dog treats and picked one out. My pup (Stella) carried it in her mouth the whole time in the store. Every employee was super friendly and laughed at the sight. The very best was I'm assuming a manager pulled her phone out a took a picture. The employees are always super friendly and extremely helpful”
